    What is your major?

I found this in one of the general forums; but I'm quite curious about INTPs in general.
I know they advise us to do something in the creative or scientific fields, but do we really end up there?

So yeah, what is your major?

Mine is both Applied Physics and Applied Mathematics (two majors)

Not in college yet but I plan to go into biochem, chem, chem engineering, or electrical engineering. Though math and physics are still on the table.

So I guess it is pretty true for me.

We don't do "majors" so much in the UK. Most degrees are inherently focused on just a single subject.

    My degree is/was in chemistry.

    Finishing off my PhD now.

Yeah, over here, the Netherlands, we focus on one subject only either as well.
Which, in my case, is Physics and Mathematics (2 courses).

Since I'm not in college yet, probably some form of engineering...or physics...or math. Something that will let me play around with crazy abstract math and/or crazy abstract physics on a fairly regular basis.

I'm thinking either applied physics or chemical engineering/materials engineering, but I'm not sure, yet.
