    MBTI doesn't hurt people's feelings so it is useless. Big 5 tells us contentiouness is a favourable trait and neuroticism is not. The thing is it's true. High Oppeness means a person is more creative which is a good thing and curse at the same time.

    Alec Baldwin isn't really expressive as an actor. That's why he does deadpan as a comedic character so well.
