For the 2-3 people who manage to read this, I've recovered from my recent surgery. It took 7 hours, they removed about 2 feet of large intestine and they removed a great deal of infection as well. My lower abdomen looks like a "dot-to-dot" of robotic laparoscopic scars, but at least there's no big "stitch line" like a zipper. I feel better than I have in years. I lost about 100 pounds. I am walking and trying to eat better. Hopefully, I'll keep this up. I'm just glad to be alive.
Its cool getting to know a community and individuals through interactions in threads of various boards. Getting to know a bit of the history and culture of the board as well as some of the more prominent posters. You don't really get the same kind of interaction in other social media. Damn it I'm such a nostalgia fag. /blog
