My inferior Si: I try hard to plan and commit to my responsabilities. But I always end up forgetting the things I was supposed to do.
    (for your Si :)
1)there is no such thing as a perfect Plan
,so breathe ,and let it flow!
2)good plan has to be prioritized
,round and well-fitted to your people and yourself
    3)better plan has to adjustable(+/-)
    ,and challengingly FUN!

(If I am the real INFJ ,my inferior is Se :)
    1)tend to think a lot (from A to C ,C to A but never go to Z)
2)cut off from the real world
3)blind myself with Movie that could make me laugh or cry so hard
    (,but never truly satisfied)___(heavy sigh)

PS. I am trying hard to not go to 2) and 3)
,frankly when I am stressed out ,I will go home and eat BANANA (haha)

@PlasticRenaissance , here are some tips:

    1) Engage your Se by doing any manual work, such as housekeeping (organizing items until they look aesthetically pleasing to you) or arts and crafts.

    2) Do a light workout which requires intense focus, such as yoga. It helps if you’re in a scenic area so you feel drawn to your senses.

    3) Ask your friends if they want to do something, and happily remain in the moment with them.

    My function is inferior Ti.

    1) Sometimes I think that there’s something wrong with me, even though there isn’t. This happens especially after I think I’ve wronged someone but they already forgave me. How can I forgive myself?
    2) Under stress, I can come off as intense and cold towards other people because I think their actions make no logical sense. How can I calm myself during these times, and carry on?
    3) I have been called a people pleaser before. How can I wisely decline events, and not be spread thin?

    @Etiennette

    Ooh Ti inf.

1, 2 and 3) Hmm, sounds like you're questioning your own integrity. Your strong over emphasis on Fe probably leaves you with less time to concern for yourself, compared to how you concern yourself for others.

Figure out what is important to you, carve out principles, personal reasons, understanding etc. of right and wrong and base your integrity upon it.

    Mhmm, something like that. :)

I probably have inferior Fe in terms of the Cognitive Functions (not sure about my Socionics type).

I fear the inability to connect.
