Tell the person above you how to deal with their inferior function!

It's simple: You tell about a negative manifestation of your inferior function and give the person above you advice how to deal with theirs.

    Inferior Ne:
When I'm in a bad mood I can be very negative (see only the bad things) and only see the current situation instead of the big picture. Also, I often make up worst-case scenarios.

Bad moods don't last forever. Wait for a good mood. Then see what all the good scenarios can happen from that.

    Inferior Fe:
When I think about something I go after that thinking. This can bore the hell out of any listener. I forget all about whether they might be interested or not.

Ask yourself how this information is relevant to the actual conversation you are having, incorporating the things they have said to you in that conversation into your consideration.

I'm either inferior Ti or Se but I'm going to go with inferior Se right now:

I constantly lose track of what I specifically need to be focusing on right now and what's going on around me and my thoughts wander. I always have to force myself to notice my surroundings again and I wish it felt more natural.

Try to plan a relaxing weekend (or take a week off, if you can manage it) away from hectic, mundane life. Do an activity you've never done before/haven't done in a long time. Or, if resources allow, travel someplace new you've never been to or think would be extraordinary to see.

    Inferior Te:
When I am stressed, I typically start to vent and talk to myself loudly about how stressed I am and who or what is irritating me. I really tend to let my filter go to the wayside. :')

There's probably something external of yourself that you feel as if you have no control over. It's annoying the crap out of you and you want to fix it, it's just that you don't know how. Calm that anger and round up your inner troops to organize and desist that external problem.

    Inferior Fe:
Oh boy. I'm damn near inane when it comes to preserving the air of concord. People could be chill about an agreeance on something and yet here I come with my Ti "But, here's why I think it won't work" analysis'. People look at me like "What the hell is wrong with you?" and I'm like "What's your problem?". They then proceed to say that I had a moody and abrasive tone when I disagreed. This bothers me because I try to be as detached as possible when providing my thoughts on things. But lately, I can't feel nor do I seem to notice when my emotions affect my answers on things. The unfelt and sly outbursts are becoming more common. It's like they act on their own sometimes.

the superego for INTJ is like... ISFJ lol. So that indulgence is the massive Si going "Give me comfort" and "I remember everything you've done wrong to me". But yeah I'm guessing the Si is just demanding stability in the form of indulgence. It's really odd cause I'm actually married to the opposite, the ISFJ that turns into an INTJ under extreme stress. That's way more scary. How to deal with inferior Se? ha.. play with toys I guess, like somebody who has dom se?

If anybody doesn't know, intp's are fe weak.

Y'all worry about the inferior function too much. Shit gets far worse from there.

INTPs are weak at everything that doesn't involve trivia.

Honestly though: just carry a copy of How to Win Friends and Influence People with you at all times. Read it five times a day. That's your Salah from now on.

    (Your inferior function is: Ni)

Since you don't have the patience to analyze the future, you're fucked no matter what you do anyway, so just do whatever you want for the time being and hope you get lucky.

Abraxas: Your inferior is Se. Try practicing mindfullness to bring you back to the present moment. Also, make sure you don't close yourself to new external information, spetially from important people in your life.

My inferior Si: I try hard to plan and commit to my responsabilities. But I always end up forgetting the things I was supposed to do.
