    Which judging function is this?

Hopefully it's not related to narrow-mindedness.

Say, I read a thread where an individual is engaged in an argument where he's incorrect or obnoxious. He is on the spectrum of defeat and his arguments are being debunked. I unconsciously register this incident in my mind so that the next time I chance upon a thread where the aforementioned individual is participating again, I almost automatically avoid his post, or take a skeptical view of it if I choose to read it. It's as if there's some kind of credibility meter inside my head which informs me that his credibility is low and it would be a waste of time to read his post, even if there's a possibility that he might have changed. It's not even deliberate, it's a stimulus. I've also caught myself paying attention to the 'Thanks' feature to determine whether the post would be useful or not. Again, it's all impulsive, not deliberate. It does sound like narrow-mindedness...

Is this caused by any function? Or pair of functions?

There's not really enough information to say one or the other. I take notice of the thanks received, but it's something that I take into account, whereas Fe would lean towards it being more of a decisive factor. So it depends on how much the 'thanks' influences your final decision.

I'd say dom Ti or inferior Fe for my case.

I say dom Ti because I don't want to waste my time on someone who is very likely to waste my time with his flaw argument/obnoxiousness. Got other more interesting stuff to read about.
