The ENFP speaks the “NF” language so it’s obvious to an ENFP when they are smitten.

Sensors speak a different language and so when I read the Se doms side of the stories, they say the exact same thing from the other perspective.

“Oh I was really smitten by that ENFP, but they were so oblivious the whole time.”

As for ISTJs, I completely agree.
I once hit it off with an ISTJ at a wedding party. But the following talks to me was like hitting a sandbag. It didnot last long...

Probably he found me super weird too hahaha.

Coming back to what Nell said, there was a online poll of "Which MBTI type are you mostly sexually attractive to", and I remember ENFPs are always top 3, and 2/3 of the other types find ENFPs most attractive. Then comes the INTJ, a lot of types find them sex magnets too. The most attractive type is always either ENFP or INTJ, except for ESFPs who choose INFJ.

But what they wanted was my opinion because it basically made up their mind, and that concept, in turn, was really alien from where I was coming.
I like how you put it and get at least half way of where NFJs are coming from, but at least for me it's not 100% the truth. Usually when NFJs ask for opinions and get offended when you say "I trust your judgement", I don't think they are actually seeking opinions but emotional support, and it's probably when they are in desperate need of support. Over the years I have realized at that moment what works best for me is to turn my energy inwards and help myself, but it takes practice...
At least for me I like to discuss things but I always make my own judgement and decisions.

To conclude maybe it's not what you said that didnot work with NFJs, but the fact that it was said by Ti instead of Fe. Which indeed is a problem with INFJs and ISTPs.

I saw that poll and honestly, I don’t put much stock on it. Majority of the people who participated were intuitives and hardly any sensors. There was barely any substantial amount of sensor voters to have a clue of what types they preferred.
If that study had been more fair, I doubt INTJs or ENFPs would have been that popular.

I think I would prefer myself an extravert in this circumstance though but Se it's sexy and I'm always attracted to Ti/Fe.

Well, I dunno about Northern lights but I was thinking about this is a lot more of a casual situation, not when they are in dire need of support. The kind of decisions that had very little importance behind them yet were still stressful somehow.

Then I don't have experience anymore, because I seldom ask people's opinions... Then I am on the ISTP's side cause I'll easily get overwhelmed if people keep asking my opinions on misc. stuff in life.

Ditto. I prefer extraverts myself that's why (coughESTPcough.)

I believe she had her own romantic affairs with ISTPs before her INFP husband. Both she and I agreed that STPs are sexy as hell and the heated chemistry between ISTP/ENFP is sizzling. ;-)

Am I fangirling too much...? ;P Oh well. I've always been passionate lol.

Agree, this forum is too skewed for INXX has 65% of the total population.

Anyway, ESTP is the stereotype bad boy squirt inducer and you've proved it.

Well ISTJs don't like feeling all vulnerable lol. They might make a project out of ENFPs to avoid becoming emotional or scattered themselves. They wouldn't know what to do with feelings so they'd use an extra helping of Te before they became aware what they're feeling.
Not in my experience. I don't like being vulnerable with just anyone, but it's my preference with my SO. We are definitely not immune to emotions, even if we don't know how anyone is feeling (us and others).

I admire ENFPs a lot. Can't say I've known one well enough to know if I'd be interested in them romantically, but I do appreciate them in general.

    Lol, that sounds bitterly derogatory.

Anyway, this thread isn’t about which type is attracted to ESTPs. We already know everyone is. ;)
