I thought the soul mate part was a test after you took yours like the marriage thing-a-ma-bob at the end. Then I realized Katie wanted us to make believe we were taking the test for our partner but pick out the traits WE most desired in a mate. The weird thing I didn't think by my choices I was going to get an INTJ. I was wondering what it would be and when INTJ showed up, I snort laughed.

    YES, exactly.

My bad for not explaining clearer.

And yah, I didn't expect my soulmate result either lol.

That's the dumb part of me, yup, I'm on the same page now. And of course you found your soulmate ;)

I actually got INFJ with 1% introversion. I mean, eh... I want someone who can be spontaneous, adventurous and to unashamedly join in with whatever dumb idea I have planned but I also need someone to keep me in check... and listen to my feelings.

Speaking of which, I recently found an INFJ... and she's interested in me and she's cute... need to see if this can develop into something... About time I got into this dating scene I guess... (or should I ignore that and just go find all the extraverted perceivers to fuck?)

My soulmate is, apparently, an INTJ. IME, that result is neither here nor there. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

(To be completely honest, I've always been very, very fond of INFPs.)
Always thought my future partner would be an INxP.
INTJs are a mixed bag for me. I can't say we generally don't get along, however.

...also, more importantly, I've always been highly suspicious of that specific test. XD
It feels more Fe-biased than others? Idk.

The stats of ENFP women who marry INFP men are very high so you're in luck. :P

Interesting that most people don't like this test...I'll have to recheck it.

It seems almost impossible to me to have high sensing with this test, unless the sensor in question hates theoretical books and always acts recklessly without ever imagining the consequences of their acts. I chose a bunch of sensing tendencies over intuitive ones at times (because it's true, I'm not always 100% in my head fortunately) and still got significantly more N.
I agree that the F/T preference is also a bit exaggerated. There's one question in particular that I found poorly expressed :
"do you think the world is founded on compassion ?" (or something like that).
Are we seriously considered feelers if we say yes and thinkers if we say no ?? Because I chose a hard NO, I absolutely don't think it's true yet that doesn't mean I don't wish it was (to some extent at least). Same with justice vs mercy. Mercy is nice but it leads nowhere, while justice can be a way to reach the common good -> that could be an Fe answer rather than a "thinker" one.
But I found this test ok, compared to other ones. And Katie you used it the right way imo. Choices are more nuanced from the inside, whereas if we focus on how people might see us we're likely to be a caricatural version of ourselves which would fit this test. I wouldn't 100% rely on this result only, but that's an additional perspective. I haven't taken a single test that was subtle enough to be unpredictable.

Ah and to answer your previous question : I hesitated between ESTP, ESFP and ISTP. But I guess it was ESTP ?

That's... that's actually why I scored so highly in sensing in this test. I get so bored reading books and, I'll be honest, planning is going pretty poorly in my life so I just see where the wind takes me.

Thought the exact same thing with these points. Probably why I got ENTP the first time.

Yet you were still considered an intuitive, so I really don't know what it takes to be a strong sensor !
(I've never been a huge planner either, I might roughly plan things a few days ahead at best... I guess that's a tool they use to measure P/J)
