ENFP Male Interviewing ISFJ Female Rose Williams Si-Fe BS/P(C) FM

Hi everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Rose Williams on what it's like to be an ISFJ Si-Fe BS/P(C) FM. The first thing I noticed was how hard it must have been to type Rose. She seems like an IxxP but she talks about things a lot. Especially when it comes to health. It was quite interesting talking to her about how she resolved her health issue by tapping in to her supposed 4th demon animal Consume to find the answers to solve the health issue she has been dealing with. It was a fun interview talking to Rose and I thought her double masculine Play is hilarious. Check out the interview here:

I think other than your Dario Nardi interview that this is my favorite one yet @Respect . Her play was really fun with you. I really got a lot out of her analogy about the 20,000 feet up view and her experience of feeling in the middle. I know with my ISFJ secretary it bothers her that she can’t see the big picture and spends time trying to with bursts of small seccuess on that—- but SJs are the most specialized type. I wonder if her push back about being controlled and letting some chaos in combined with her profession really helped create someone in that middle area that she talked about. And her masculine age is very developed— nice skills there and fun play. The ISJs whom I know do seem to have a varying level of where they are at to try to see the big picture or the details in their own professions.

I liked your Amazon story! Wow!

My thoughts on being in the moment: I was just at a jazz concert and although I’ve learned to appreciate jazz (Several years ago I couldn’t stand the hat there was no structure), it was still difficult and I had to keep pulling my head out of the horizon. It used to be that live shows of all sorts were my ultimate favorite most energizing thing to go to and now for a lot of them my brain zones out to the Ne-Si axis. When I am creating this is not the case, though... and I remember jamming with my band (years ago) to be the ultimate high. Anyway, luckily I get to create music or writing and those are flow state at any rate like jamming. I think it would be interesting to compare that to an ESFP when they’re doing their thing whatever it is. With some things you see it all. You see from the top of that mountain all the way to the detail you are writing or the note you are creating below. I think and I experience this and I don’t know if I would have put it that way ten years ago but now I keep using the phrases around here: “I see this. What do you see?” “I experience this. What do you experience?” My 2 bits. A totally awesome interview!!!

    Thanks for the feedback!

Doing these interviews are great because I'm able to destroy any stereotypes I have of certain types. Like I know SJs tend to get a bad reputation in the personality community and actually, they're not that bad at all, especially the ones that are growth mindset!
