In what situations are you patient? In what situations are you impatient?

I ask cuz I noticed I'm quite patient when teaching someone something or counseling them through a difficult time. But I get impatient as fuck when I'm forced to participate in an inefficient process with slow-thinking people (bureaucracies, certain work situations). I also have trouble keeping myself from hurrying someone along when I can predict what they're going to say.

My patience gets tested a lot when I'm confronted with inefficiency (dumb rules and bureaucracy ...) and inefficient rule-people (often slow minded/clueless as well). Also when a machine fails to do what it is supposed to do I can get impatient (I got better with age though).
But I'll always remind myself to be patient with people and understand things from their perspective and just respect that they're not perfect or just different. Of course when I'll try to help them and they are too closeminded to listen, well I'll try to kindly move on.
When faced with rediculous rules/bureaucracy I won't really get stressed though, because I just won't care and will laugh at it. When someone confronts me in situations like that I'll walk out so I won't end up saying bad things and collect/center myself :p

I'm extremely patient when I see people making an effort at something or if I just see kindness in them in some way. I'm also extremely patient with people who screw up things, are late doing something.
Generally I'm a super easy person and it's all fine if people mess up something, forget something or whatever. People aren't perfect, I don't expect or want them to be either.

    Cool picture you have,

Now im pacient when the occasions demand me to be, for example i wont get desesperated becouse the traffic does not move when there`s an accident, or something and im pacient when the people who im talking to are too, in peace and no too rude, savvy?

Now, i get lost in impacient when the things that im doing can be done in less time that expected, but it takes long hours, like i dont know, perhaps get photocopies. and i have problems when im triyng to say, the things too much times, specially when im talking to people which can understand you perfectly,

Impatience for me comes from a time limit placed on certain things and being tired.
Other than that, I have all the time in the world. I think this annoys others who aren't patient and want things done NOW! hahaha

I like taking my time. I have no interest in rushing things.
But an example of what i get impatient with when i'm tired is people talking. I either don't want them to talk and if they must talk to me, to tell me the minimum of what they want to convey to me.

My patience in certain situations can out wait the melting of glaciers. I was trained to it from a young age, going to church 3 times a week, going to 3 day revivals, having to sit still or else. Then there was my corporate career, 15 years surrounded by beige with the same people unnecessarily doing the same things year after year. I tricked people people into thinking I was clairvoyant, when I actually just seemed to be the only person who had a memory, true story.

Matters of desire are tough for me, though. I've learned to emulate patience in those situations, but what it really is, is me spinning in my head and keeping it internal.

I'm patient when listening, I'm impatient when waiting.

That's a great, pithy way of putting it. Of course, when I can predict what someone is going to say, I start feeling like I'm "waiting" for them -- and my listening worsens (e.g. I'll zone out).
