We all know extroverts have the easiest lives, but why do ENFPs have the easiest lives out of all extroverts?

    Hmm: https://personalitycafe.com/intj-foru...j-threads.html

Please keep your negativity to yourself and GL finding that INFJ you seek. Thanks.

I'm sure us ENFP orangutans are just too simple for the likes of you.

[sarcasm font] Hell, yeah. I agree. Everything comes easily, everyone loves me, and I get everything I want. All the time.

We have the easiest lives because we deserve it. [/sarcasm font]

Honestly, I don't get that sense at all. ENFPs tend to be good with people but they often feel there is a part of them they desperately want to be loved & understood that others don't understand/they have to keep hidden. They are passionate but may be insecure about their abilities/change their mind a lot so have trouble finding a life path. And they are idealists who just like all NFs may get depressed about how the world continues to do illogical, cruel things when things could so obviously be better. That aside they have troubles just like everyone else.

I'm an ENFP and I seem pretty chill, but I don't think that I have an easier time than others.

    Yup, all this.

Plus I am like an empathic velcro strip with a gigantic Ne amplifier plugged into planted directly into our Fi and and get stuck absorbing all the hurts and pains of the world even if i dont want to and then feel obligated to fight on their behalf, even if it is to my own detriment. It is so dumb. My ENTP best friend cant even understand why she sees so many enfps destroy our own careers and our health as we "care too much" and cant depersonalize from our work.

You seem to be confusing the happy shiny stars dance that we use to keep you focused away from our core with the reality of what we truly are.

You're confusing extroversion with having a wonderful relationships with people. We still have to deal with difficult people like everyone else and being an extrovert doesn't mean that its any less tiring. If I'm not feeling the company I just want to go home and read.

I used to do the same, register. Except today I think I fall somwhere between yourself and your ENTP friend. There's only so much depersonalization I can take until it comes back to haunt me with a vengence. We're only better at lying to ourselves which is never a good thing. If I'm being Prince All-too-Charming there's always something lurking beneath that is bothering me. Like the Happy Sunshine dance being almost too happy.

After a rough night, I sometimes have introvert envy. At least you guys can go home and rest up. I continue feeling exhausted until I have someone cheer me up, or find something that consumes my attention. Or my neighbours get a good healthy dose of metal. Wait a sec ... that happens regardless. Nevermind ... but you know, with a different mindset.

Yaaaaayyyy. This is something I like about INFPs. They tend to actually get that there's more going on than just the upbeat/charismatic exterior.

Easiest lives, no. Like everyone else, we’re all victims of our circumstances. Though I have noticed we have this uncanny ability to bounce back pretty well. Our Ne allows us to take things as they come and we roll with the punches. We’re pretty flexible and plenty adaptable.

I think this has more to do with Enneagram. I'm a 4, and I don't think I bounce back pretty well. When I get in a funk, it tends to last a while.

Bummer. I guess I don’t know any type 4 ENFPs then. I’ll tend to let myself wallow for a bit but then Te gives me a good kick in the pants and tells me to shut up and get through it.
