    ENFP guys and mysterious girls

Hello, I want to ask this: do ENFPs guy like mysterious girls?
And I mean really mysterious, kind of like Amélie Poulain.

ENFP's, and I don't vouch for everyone when I say this, are typically attracted to INxx. We pick them out easily in the crowd. That silence. That stare. There's a lot going on underneath that otherwise calm exterior. We want answers, and to make a friend along the way, so we pursue them. And some ENFP guys like mysterious boys, we just don't know for sure..

I only know A handful of ENFP men, they are actually attracted to sensors, ISFP or ESFP. I don't think they care much about mysterious girls so much as they usually want Instant gratification. Not only that, they can't be bothered with the whole let me take a few weeks to make you smile, or mts to crack you open, it just isn't their thing. Like NFP women it isn't easy to impress an FP man, so a mysterious woman wouldn't peek his Interest I don't believe. NFP men carry a mystery of their own naturally, they don't seek that in others.

1 of my ENFP friends is married to an INFJ, he is cheating on her with an SP type. Apparently the relationship has outgrown itself and he is super bored with her after only 10yrs of marriage. Kids and what not keep him trapped. The other is married to an ESFP,. the get along really well and are the life of every party.

Of all the ENFPs males I've known, they have been exactly as The Producer described. They tend to find the appeal of INXX cool calmness interesting, exciting and enigmatic. And I personally like ENFP males because I feel like my inside world matches their outside and vice versa - so we make a complimentary fit :)

However, in the long run, as also said above. ENFP men can be fickle if immature. They don't like to settle and they find one relationship stagnant and eventually the excitement of chasing just one mysterious girl runs out - which I why I have trouble seeing them as long-term partners for myself as an INFJ female who craves stability.

This could be true however it is more true about ENTPs than ENFPs. ENTPs are a type that become bored the fastest in relationships, or with anything in life really. They want what they can't have and once they get it they have no use for it anymore. This isn't typical of NFP men. I know this couple quite well, and I can see why he is super sick and bored of his INFJ wife. She is the most uninteresting person to speak with along with never wanting to have any fun. Stale relationships with do that to a man after awhile, beside apparently the sex is so mundane he prefers to jack off they be intimate with her. According to him there is/was never anything mysterious about this woman, you're falling into that PerC many untrue stereotypes is all.

I know, I have a very extensive history with ENTPs and I know that to be true - no matter how much they don't see it. Though I'm not disputing his wife being an INFJ, since I don't know her, that sounds like some very un-INFJ behaviour. We love fun just as much as the next person. But whatever issue is causing her to be boring, is hers to remedy. Although, I wouldn't take "You're boring" as any excuse from someone who is cheating on me. Leave me, don't cheat - that is inexcusable no matter how 'boring' she is. If she's that unwilling to change and he actually made his unhappiness known, then they needn't be together

I don't believe I'm falling into stereotypes. There are things which are an average aspect of each type, that doesn't mean every single person of that type has that defining attribute. INFJs are good actors, you may believe you have us figured out, because we want you to or simply because you're not good at reading between the lines. Every person I speak to regularly, has a very different idea of what I'm like and they're all wrong. As I said, I don't know this person and I don't even truly know if he's an ENFP and she's an INFJ. It doesn't sound like it matters in their case, it just sounds like two people who don't respect each other enough to try and compromise and fix what has gone wrong.

I like strange things... but not retarded.. i like to feel wow.. which is rare for me to feel from a person.. usually.. I have to provide the wow in the room.. it gets tiring. I'd rather a person say what they feel.. because then they don't and I can already sense what they feel.. it throws everything off.. its retarded and stressful.. so I'd just lose interest quickly.. even though it could've been an awesome experience.. haha.. mysterious is stupid.. I'd rather feel yO!

I like mysterious girls, however, i do lose my interest pretty quickly if I can't find any clues about her.

I like INF's our crazy ideas can sync up pretty nicely and effortlessly. I like how they receive ideas and just run with it. If I have to explain myself, the sensation is gone before I even finish. My friend of 10+ years and I can still hold a 3 hour conversation over the phone.

I like girls who are like magicians, everything else is already understood a million times over.

I like girls so maybe this can help but I either like people that are total opposite of me or that I "admire" in some ways. There are many ways to be mysterious, the worst for me would be someone that is not what they pretend to be, then I would lose interest immediately, so yes to mystery but then the person has to live to the expectation and that's not necessarily easy. I would say I am picky and I need a girl that is interesting and a bit unique but that's just me.

    ... no, fuck mysterious.

Mysterious, a girl who exists in your head not because you like her and enjoy the time you spend together but because she captivates and never delivers. Mysterious, a girl who is ambiguous and distant enough to foster an entire relationship in your mind. Mysterious, someone who uses the naivety of her lover to play and exploit him as she sees fit. Mysterious is unsatisfying emotionally, mentally and sexually but plays on her lover's need to have everything make sense.

There is no attraction, no affection, only obsession and dependency that is confused for love. Tried is in a long term relationship, once, and never again. Going back to smart, fun chick who is sincere, good company and likes to get freaky.

Mysterious, a girl who is ambiguous and distant enough to foster the entire relationship in your mind. Mysterious turned out to be a glorified emotional wank.
