Re: having trouble because of your type, I think with focus on self-improvement you'll get better with being more grounded. There are plenty of growth recommendations on the 4 about building a routine that supports your body. For some reason I think yoga teachings, tai chi or mindfulness would be really useful to you. So much that you can become the teacher in reverse eventually since yoga can predispose towards living and connecting through more spiritual and 'otherworldly' experiences with other people and environments without neglecting but rather including your body. :) Some Ayurveda as a start may be less overwhelming for you. However, you can certainly use your personality's natural tendencies to work for you and create the life you want instead of pushing yourself in a direction where this won't be appreciated by others and would stress you out as a result. Whatever you do, good luck on your growth and spiritual journey.
