I would have confronted him, just asked "Why do you do this ?", and tried to get to the bottom of his actions.
Throw in some insistance, of course. These things don't usually come at once, you need to slowly dig through the big pile of self-avoidance they have created.

Then, if I hadn't been able to change him, I would have trolled him, that's like, sure.

Yet, is it hopeless to proceed as I suggested ? I don't believe I saw it mentioned. Since I only rarely met that kind of people, I'm not sure that method works. I'll experiment it first hand ASAP, but if you have some feedback, please share it ;)
Oh yes, when we had our first argument I questioned him why and his reply was "that's just how we do it". Later on it got heated and our manager was being the mediator and I wanted to resolve things but all he did was blame me and not admitting any mistakes. Funny how he looked at me and asked "Why do you do this, huh? why don't you listen to me?". I was thinking why he couldn't see my perspective but whatever. I don't see him much anymore which is good but this other chick is starting to get on my nerves

For this guy, I think it's hopeless to constantly work with. He seemed nicer on some days when we are working 3 meters apart Trolling him was fun. It's the only entertainment apart from the boss yelling out dirty jokes hahaha

"a Taser or a similar device is a Prohibited Weapon" in my country/state. Even pepper spray, it's ridiculous. I can't even carry it on me for self defense and using it when I'm in danger means that I carry one, which makes me guilty too. I think I'll just carry some hot sauce

@Desthro haha, NSW Australia. I think they are amending it...I haven't checked that law for a couple months now so who knows, it may have changed.

@MagicUser wow interesting art style! I like it! (also an artist lol)

Well, new update! I don't see his name on the new roster at all so who knows, maybe he's gone for good *everyone cheers* hahaha
I love this job, it's full of ENTPs, ENTJs, ENFPs etc. Constant sarcasm, dirty jokes, random noises, poking etc. Also the lovely grandmother as a kitchen hand, we love it when she swears, "Go for a smoko" and makes dirty jokes with us then turns to the customers acting all lovely like "Is everything alright darlin'?"

I had friends in the hospitality industry. So many fun parties, and the some stories were just insane. Play safe ;)

Hahaha I can see stuff happening if we all keep working! There's 2 kitchens and 1 narrow walkway to the food prep area/washing. It's always bashing butts, boob brushing and intentional shoulder checking
