    OK, 2 things... Tell him that modern cat litter controls the odor so well that he'll never notice a kitty in the house. You'll need to keep the litter really clean of course.

    You should have a kitty. It would be a good experience for you and you'll learn a lot.

    Also, let him know "the greatness and the moral progress of a nation can be measured by looking at how it treats its animals”.

    My friend actually told me to tell him the same thing about the litter, and independence of cats. He doesn't care, my dad's just sick of having pets unfortunately for me. Once I move out this winter I'm going to get my own little kitty or puppy. I can't wait.


    My avatar is cracking me up. It's like Dexter is looking at what I am writing and saying to himself "Tonight is da night"
