    ESFJ Chit Chat

Not going to lie, when I check on these threads and things move soooooooo slowly and there's like nothing new ever... I'm totally like: I wish @orion83uk and @Suntide and any other ESFJs out there were here to just catch up. Like how's everyone's day going or whatever else is on your mind. HA!

    I'm such an ESFJ... lol

Yeah, there's not enough people who type as ESFJ on this forum! This should be the ESFJ Cool Kids Club thread lol.

What's new @SummerRoads ? How ya doin'? I just got off work and I'm eating Panda Express for dinner. I was gonna go to Wendy's but they had a sign that said cash only today and I never carry cash. Panda was right next to it though so I went there instead. I literally mashed like 8 lbs of potatoes yesterday and yet here I am buying fast food for dinner instead of eating the food I actually cooked lol! That's my story.

LOL! Thanks for the update. :) Haha!

And wow, 8lbs of potatoes! I'm impressed! That's a lot of work.I just got the kids to bed and am staring at some Christmas lights I still haven't taken down. (How's that for ESFJ confessions.) I feel like since we still have tons of snow outside they should be allowed to stay up. I mean, the tree is gone of course and everything else. Just have this one strand of garlands and lights over large doorway opening in our living room that just gives off great ambient lighting. It's really nice. lol. I figure since the neighbors can't really see it, who cares if it's still up for awhile. Not that anyone other than me probably cares. Haha!

If there's still snow it's fair game lol! I live in the desert so we don't get snow, but I still didn't take my decorations down until the end of January lol. I have no excuse I was just lazy :'( Also Christmas lights are soo pretty I wish we used them for stuff more than just Christmas. I actually want to get some of those big-bulb multi-colored Christmas lights to hang around my bedroom window year-round :D

Oh and the potatoes... I had no choice. They were gonna go bad soon if I didn't commit to cooking them. LOL

Right?! Lol. When I was in college I had some Christmas lights up year round in my tiny shared dorm room. It was awesome.

The desert sounds nice about now. We get so much snow every year... from Halloween till about April. That's like half the year

Haha, Ocelot! That's some old school right there! I used to love her songs. Whatever happened to Kylie Minogue? Okay, off to go look that up. Thanks for the distraction guys. Hope the rest of you all are doing well!

    Hey @SummerRoads

Haha I do the exact same things with you and @Suntide sometimes when I login. And what a nice idea for a post - just for the sake a bleather :-)

Yeah my day hasn't been too bad thankfully. Work has been really stressful the last few weeks which is why I got quiet again, but today I could finally see the end of the tunnel in sight.

My partner just acquired an old 2007 model iMac which he has restored so I'm messing around with it at the moment while also typing this on it - this is the first time I've ever used a 'modern' mac! Surprisingly capable despite the age and I kinda like it too :-)

    How are you both doing?

By the way, hope you don't mind me asking you both (and will completely understand if you would rather not say), but where about in the USA are you?

Hey Orion is joining the party! Welcome! Lol

Had to totally look up what "bleather" means. Haha! Thanks for teaching me a new word. :) How cool you have a modern Mac now. I prefer Mac's but then again, I just like the cool design and don't really care about how any of it really works. Glad work is starting to let up for you. That has to feel nice!

So I have an ESFJ Confession: Part 2. After posting on here that I still have those Christmas lights up, I totally felt waayyyy guilty and took them down today. Lol. I mean, for real. It's March. I think something about telling someone else about it made me feel the "social" pressure to take it down even though it's not like you all care or even are my neighbors. HAHA! But I guess I just felt like well yeah, I should be taking it down because honestly we're going to have snow forever and if I wait for it all to be gone then the lights will be up for soooo long still. Haha

@orion83uk To answer your question I'm in Arizona! Just a couple hours drive from both the Grand Canyon and Mexico, lol. How's Scotland? Always wanted to go there!
