    ESFJ need a female opinion

My personality type is is ESTJ and i am compatible with ESFJ .What I am trying to figure out is, what characteritics in a man are the following personality types ( women) attracted to. I would like to try and develop these characteristics and try to be what is attractive to them.

Ladies, it would be great if you could provide me with some input on this, id love some female opinions especially if you are of the personality types that i mentioned above

What ESFJ women like in men

I can only speak from experience, so my description will definitely not be exhaustive. I'm married now, to an INTP (challenging but rewarding), but I can tell you a little bit about what I was attracted to when dating.

I found that I was often attracted to men with solid, respected jobs or careers. I liked guys with a little mystery, but who, overall, were very sincere. I was especially attracted to men who were able to "be in the moment" when with me, showing interest in what we were doing, showing interest in me, and able to ask me as many questions about me as I was asking about him. Showing interest in the ESFJ woman is key. I was also attracted to men who came across as very confident (but more like understated confidence, NOT cockiness). I also found that my most successful matches were people with the same morals/values, whatever those may be (political, cultural, etc.).

Hope that's helpful! I'm curious to see what other ESFJ women will respond.

As a female INTP, the exact opposite of what you're looking for, I got nothin.

    Unknown Personality

    What i like in a man ..

Unselfish and appreciates the little things
Someone who knows actions speak louder than words
Doer and not spend forever thinking things through
    A go getter
Someone who can tell me quirky random useless facts
Someone who knows his own inner strength and doesn't rely on outside influences to boost him up
    Thirst for life
    Drug free
Sensible with money (until it comes to spending it)

*Sigh* .. Are my expectations too high????

I have just made up this list .. I know i should have one but people are so random and i don't like limitations .. I prefer to keep an open mind.

And i am currently dating someone (or whatever you want to call it) and he isn't a lot of the above .. It is what it is.

    ENFJ - The Givers

I've always liked the nerdy, intelligent guys in school. I love hackers! The ones that helps me with T! This is really important to me, I have a hard time seeing me with someone less intelligent than me.

Other important things are some common ground-values, someone with to different political stand won't work for example. But if some are common, it's more ok with some different.

Calm, not violent or to dominant. Someone you can trust and takes responsibility for the relationship. Someone that I can lean on sometimes when life is hard.

Psychological insight! Self-distance and some self esteem.

I don't think that is to much. After all, my INTP boyfriend lives up to all of them!
