I'm fairly sure I'm an ESFP... people definitely have me as an ExFP, and I feel like I use sensing more than intuition, so that would explain a lot.
I feel as though meditating would help me with a lot of things and it's been recommended to me, but I have no idea how to. I find it impossible to slow down my brain (SEVERE ADHD) and I have a lot of trouble just sitting still doing absolutely nothing in my head. I also have a super hard time relaxing my muscles so I'm pretty much always tense, even when I'm not nervous.
How the fuck do you guys do it? It sounds so boring but others find it helpful and maybe I will too.
