Hello! I personally am unsure of my type, but I'm curious about what others' experience of this is like. Also, please note that I understand that this might not even have to do with type, but just how each body functions.
The title might be misleading, but I don't know how to explain it so I'll just share my own experience.
For some reason, my taste buds and my nose are hypersensitive to the onset of spoiled food. What I mean by that is sometimes, I'd pour a glass of milk, and I can start to taste it going bad. Or at least to me, it tastes spoiled even if it's not even close to the expiration date. My mom and my roommate (both ISFJs) think I'm crazy when I ask them to try the milk, and are fine drinking the milk. Same goes with other foods like tomato sauce. After a certain time in the fridge, I can taste the the sauce going sour and can't bring myself to eat it because it tastes spoiled to me. Just like with the milk scenario, my family thinks that I'm exaggerating and has no problem with it. Not only with taste, but I can also smell the food going bad.
How about everyone else? How tolerant are you to the taste of perceived spoiled food? How "spoiled" does the food have to become in order for you to determine that you can't eat it? Do you eat spoiled food without even knowing sometimes?
