Still moderately high on social energy. If this stays until tomorrow my driving tutor is in for a surprise.

I got kicked from the guild I was in in GW2 probably for inactivity. I feel a bit sombre about it even though I haven't really kept in touch anyways. It feels somewhat liberating to abandon one's social contacts and live on an island for a time, but I can't help be feel that it probably isn't healthy. Deleting the facebook still feels quite liberating, but I can't help but feel a sense of growing isolation in me once again. Perhaps that is the nature of my life, is to simply have people sporadically come in and out of existence, but maintaining those attachments is too time consuming.

I've been sick the last few days and still have the mucosal cough and nasal congestion, but at least I can breath a bit. I've done a bit of periodic exercise, but I think once I am better it's time revive a more disciplined running schedule. I did a 6 miler last week, but lately, just been doing kettlebell stuff.

Watching Smallville. Clark Kent is the embodiment of the lone hero archetype. There is an immense sadness and frustration with the necessary secret. At the root, perhaps, is fear.

The Fortress of Solitude is such an evocative term, both comforting and sad at the same time.

Still sick and I was soooo tempted to get a Vanilla Coke with 90 grams of sugar (i.e., candy in a bottle), but I ended up getting some seltzer water instead in a rare feat of self-control. LIME LIME LIME!!!! Sugar is kind of the devil though, so anytime I can curb those cravings it's a win in my book.

I’m feeling great! Yesterday, my mood was really down, but after listening to music and imagining the world burn for a while, I felt better. Now I’m feeling even better because I was particularly good in technical drawing, I was congratulated by my professor. This really boosted my ego, and now I’m overflowing with energy. Sometimes it feels like I only have two moods, down or absolute narcissistic emperor of the worlds.

What part of you is sick? Because I heard that coke is great for stomach aches (if that’s how you say it). So drinking it would actually be a double win.
