Strengths: Highly persuasive, protective, understanding (or at least I try to understand) and cheerful

Weaknesses: I can go from "You're my favorite person in the world" to "I'll kill you!" in a matter of seconds. It all depends on how you say what you say to me. A person who is unemotional/unsympathetic is more likely to see this from me. Everyone else won't see this side of me.

This is just off the top of my head. Maybe it would come out different if I took time to contemplate. Anyway, here goes:

Biggest personality strength: capacity for empathy & compassion

Biggest personality weakness: Not sure I can evaluate this on a lifetime basis. But right at the moment, I think my big weakness is an escapist tendency.
I am tempted to escape because I am finding Real Life to be infinitely tedious -- even though I have to admit that I have a pretty interesting life, as lives go. I'm just not dealing well with the "boring bits," the day-to-day stuff; I can't discipline myself to wade through it all.
If I had a partner to wade with me, things might be different. But I am beginning to doubt my capacity to tackle Real Life without a partner of a more different persuasion! I am long married to a person who also copes poorly with Real Life's details.
I don't think anyone in my family of origin would pass the test, either. In effect, I've never lived with anyone who was good at this. Yet I am unequivocally the one in charge of Real Life in my household!
What a tragic piece of miscasting. :|
Can anyone suggest a remedy for my condition? I am not going to break up my lengthy marriage, and there are no children or other relatives around to provide balance.

... Alive and kicking? There has to be something (we all have something)... but I fail to see it. :D Otherwise, alive. That's a quality!

My greatest strength is my greatest flaw.

And that's the fact that my greatest strength is my greatest flaw.

(If anyone would like to attempt to seriously interpret this, take a shot.)

Strengths: Multiple perspectives. Seeing through the facade.
Flaws: Prone to extremes. Self-isolating. Escapism.

So, apathy? A strength in that it places one outside mundane cares others are running around trying to fulfill. A flaw in that one lacks any personal drive of one's own, leading to one's own boredom and lack of fulfillment. The previously stated strength is a flaw because it threatens to alienate one from others.

    Flaw: Criticism or hesitation

    Strength: Integrity or humor

In short, I'm kind of a bitch but I'll have your back.

For me, I'd have to say, I get defensive way too easily. I really am not the best at taking criticism. :|

As for my strength, it's hard for me to say. I'm not really good at listing my strengths, but I'd have to say my free spirit.
I'm very sensitive. It shows in different ways. One is like you somewhat, getting hurt when criticized. Which sucks, because I engage in a lot of debates about different issues, and some people in particular are quite vicious when they debate (though I still get hurt by all sorts of criticism).

Other ways it shows is that I'm sensitive to my own body, like real vigilant about sensations and feelings. Same with weather, food, whatever. I feel too much in a way.

I'm also an introvert and quite shy.

I don't like to think of these as negatives but that's how society sees them. If you're a man, you're supposed to be adventurous, fearless, tough, almost shameless. Being shy can be passed as being feminine (in some ways not all) but just can't be masculine.

Strength? I have good analytical ability and creativity that come together in making my intuition quite good.
