People experience time differently, and it's scientifically shown that children experience time as moving slower than adults, and the older you get, the faster time appears to move (and slower is the person's reaction time). Interestingly, the cognitive functions in MBTI also deal with time, such as:
Ni deals with sensing the past and future, though has trouble grasping the present
Se deals with sensing the present, though has difficulty grasping anything far in the future or the past
Ne deals with sensing the present and future, though has trouble grasping at the past
Si deals with sensing the present and past, though has trouble grasping anything far in the future
People's perception of time is also affected by time, such as their responsiveness to external stimuli, as introverts are slower to respond than extroverts. Also, in terms of Ti-Fe and Te-Fi, or Fi-Te and Fe-Ti, they correspond to people's interests and focus, which deals with the time it takes to process information (more interest means faster time to process a type of information, such as how something affects others, or how something affects the bottom-line).
People's being is also reflected in time. In terms of political personality, National Capitalists move the fastest through time, while National Socialists move the slowest. This does not mean that they grow older faster, it just means their "being" (correlating with their focus and reactions) tend to be faster, being based more on the realistic aspects of the moment. In similar terms, affirmation love language tend to do things faster, followed by physical intimacy love language, and then quality time love language. Service and gifting love languages do things slower, though they are also more methodical, and focused on translating ideas into words.
