I thought this was interesting because of most of these responses seem to come down to a lack of self-awareness of how they are behaving and the perspectives and assumptions they have.
Which raises the question, is there a way to actually make someone self-aware of something where it is lacking?
Specifically if we feel the need to change someone's behaviors that we see as problematic (like the "nice guy" behavior). Is there a way to do that, really? Or do they have to be in a certain mindset in the first place to be able to get to that point -- a mindset that no one else has control over?
