You remember CDs as being these expensive new fangled items that some people had instead of tapes.
You remember those giant laser disks.
You still remember getting brand new vinyl records in high school

You've been waiting patiently for that baby boomer you work for to retire for about the last 15 years so you can finally get a promotion.

You can remember getting a Coke AND a candy bar for a quarter.
You remember when a cold Coke out of a glass bottle burned your throat as it went down. (And it felt GREAT!)
You remember when gas was "high" at .58 a gallon.
If you filled the car with gas and forgot your money, it was OK to come back later, because they knew you by name, and trusted you.
If the first time you were pulled over by the police, the officer knew who your father was, BEFORE looking at your license.
When every hot-rod in town had a nickname, and it was painted on it.
You could play in ANY yard on the block, because there were NO fences.
When the school zone outside town was used as the quarter mile drag strip.
When cruzing was legal in town, and it was innocent, and even the cops cruzed with you!
The commodore vic 20 was your first "Computor"
When our parents gave us a wood burning kit, to keep us OUT of trouble.

    So many memories!

    You had a rotary phone.
You wrote awful poetry in your twenties and maybe even read some of it out loud.
You tightrolled your jeans, which were light blue and high waisted.
You know what perm solution smells like.
You've been in a mosh pit, and maybe even have scars to show for it.
Your hair has been every shade of Manic Panic available at one time or another.
You remember when goths still had a sense of humour.
You spent part of your rent on a pair of doc martens.
    You watched the X-files religiously.

Lol, at least several of these are true for me. Names, the jeans, the perm and the Xfiles! Ah memories!

...you have a clue what a Commodore 64 was.
...you know all the words to The Devil Went To Georgia.
...you still cringe when you hear the words "New Coke".
...you watched the Love Boat and Fantasy Island.
    ...Wonder Woman!
