For years,there's been debates about who's a 90s kid and who's not.Many don't really believe that people born from 1994-1996 to be 90s kids at all,however despite of that they did get to enjory many 90s things as kids being that technology and the kid culture didn't change that in the early 2000s. For example,VHS were common until late 2004,dial up was still common until late 2004,Floppy disk were popular during the early 2000s. Lot of the 90s show ran during the early 2000s as well.Now this puts born from 1994-1996 in very tough spot.Sure they were under 6(with people born in 1995/96 being under 5) by the end of the 90s. With that said, I believe that people born from 1994-1996 can relate a lot more to mid and/or late 90s kids(those born from 1989-1992), than they can relate to late 2000s kids (those born from 1997-2003).What do you think? Can people born from 1994-1996 be considered as partial late 90s kids?

Definitely 1994, as they were in kindergarden at 5 years, the first quintessential childhood age. 1995 is a bit iffy, considering they were in preschool, but 4 to me seems like a transition from toddlerhood to childhood. 1996 would barely make it. They were only 3, which is technically preschool age in some places, but really I doubt anyone can really remember things clearly when they were only 3 years old. But you did say 'partial late 90s' kids, so they're all partial.

I will say, however, that anything beyond 1994 seems less like a 90s influenced kid (even late 90s) and more like a millennium kid. To be fair, I feel like all mid 90s babies are more inclined to associate their childhood with the millennium era (the transition from the 90s to the 00s) rather than simply the late 90s. Especially those born in the second half of the decade.

So you see people born in 1994 as partial late 90s kids and people in 1995/96 being early 2000s kids correct? Here's how I would group 90s and 2000s kids

1983-1984= mostly early 90s kids,but also a hybrid late 80s kids
1985 = early /mid 90s hybrid with many 80s influences
1986 = ultimate early/mid 90s hybrid with several 80s influences
1987-1988 = ultimate 90s or early,mid(mostly mid),and late 90s kids hybrid.
1989-1990 = mid/late 90s kids
1991 = late 90s kids with mid 90s overlap and early 2000s overlap
1992 = Ultimate hybrid of the late 90s/early 2000s
1993-1994 = mostly early 2000s kids but late 90s hybrids
1995 = early/mid 2000s hybrid with many 90s influences
1996 = ultimate 2000s kids(early,mid,late 2000s) with several of 90s influences
1997-2001= late 2000s kids with significant 2010s overlap and some mid 2000s overlap
2002= ultimate late 2000s/early 2010s hybrid

I was born in '95 and I say hell yeah. Your youngest childhood years are your most formulative. I spent ages 0-5 being shaped as a person by the late 90's and most of my most nostalgic memories are from late that decade. Plus the most influential thing on my whole life is a game I first played in the 90's.

Also growing up in the early 2000's was great though, that's an underrated-ass period. Pure full-decade-90's kids don't know what they were missing.
