Writing all of that out does seem like it would be exhausting.
I have nothing to vent about so, this post is irrelevant.

& The person above me is probably INTP.

For me personally, it depends on what happened. Sometimes I'll be very specific and only state what annoys me without the reasons why, but other times I'll just give a vague synopsis describing a general idea as to what pissed me off.

And hey, it's no problem. :)
Hmm, that's quite on-point, since Leo Messi is type 9 but he's also a Sensor, and he gets me thinking that he might be iNtuitive...okay, i'm sure he's a little more Sensing than iNtuitive now, at least. Thanks for the unexpected help

I usually give the details as if they're in list form - number one, THIS happened, number two, THIS person did THIS to my friend, number three...and so on. But sometimes my Ne can overtake my Si in conversations and start ranting about one general subject, then another, then another. I guess we all have different sides ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had to google Leo Messi since I don't know who that is, but I get what you're saying. We're probably better at blending in and merging than other sensors. I dunno.

Like, I'm sure I can seem like an N rather than S at times (at least to those who don't know me well), but a few of my IRLs who know me best often joke that I'm just a "more interesting sensor." They actually thought I was an intuitive at first.

But, yeah. You're definitely correct in that we all have different sides to us. It's cool when people break the stereotypes associated with their type anyway IMO.

And no problem. Glad to help. :)

So alright, let's use your idea of x-x-x-fucking-x as a type format and put a list of all 16 types because i can't bear to exclude anyone, as you might've seen from my original post :p

Oh. I'm sure one of the first things to come up when you googled him was that thing where he got really mad at those unreasonable critics and lashed out with the F word. I'm sorry you had to have such a first impression of such a great football(soccer) player

I'm glad that's a joke, because if it were not, i'd be ranting again about how Sensors are just as interesting as iNtuitives! That's kind of like me with Thinking, because i'm a logical person, but my friends don't get how i make people-based decisions. I'm used to being credited for things i don't work for and not being credited for things i do work for, though, so whatevs *shrugs*

Stereotypes are BORRRRRING, on top of judgmental, annoying, and sometimes hurtful. It is cool when we break them, because then we get to diss our haters and that's so fun XD

The bullshittery of the double standards here is killing me. In regards to type, how can we go on and on about how intelligent and creative S-types can be and never discuss how athletic N types can be. Another DS over MBTI would have to be culture and ideology since the very worst of views (eg. how the muslim world is) cannot be exclusively associated with certain types (SJs in this) yet less-but-still-negatively-perceived views can be associated with SJs and Ss in general (right wing in terms of politics though one can be seen as conservative for opposing a leftist view yet approach said view very differently from either side of the spectrum). You are 'mistyped' and declared an infidel if ur views deviate from ur type's 'official ideology'.

A few other double standards would be how the site is ran overall. Being prejudice against some groups (eg. Mexicans) will get you banned yet one thread where a guy posted an article and concluded all Southerners are all violent, fat and loud has yet to get closed. Also the banning/infraction system is BS as many great members are punished while worse ones get to stay.

The last thing I'll rant about is our unwillingness to improve. Someone wrote against creating more intelligent and social people calling them sociopaths/psychopaths despite holding back our potential to enhance human knowledge and achievement by conducting more research, contributing to an advanced economy via high-tech companies and ultimately living a longer and better life. Also the reluctance to change a culture for the better is sickening with the rise of a flawed version of multiculturalism. Material culture such as food and architecture should be open to all cultures but values and mindset should only be picked from those that have allowed the practitioners to ascend. @Swordsman of Mana was right to criticize the Native Americans.

for clarification (because I know that, otherwise, several people will jump at the opportunity to use this against me in subsequent debates), my criticism of native american culture was on a general cultural criticism thread where I also criticized aspects of about 10 other cultures.

I did see that, yeah. Honestly I can't really judge him for that because I've had similar moments in which my 8 wing came out. That's pretty embarrassing when it happens, so I can only imagine how he felt after his outburst.

I feel you. If anything that rant would be justified if they were actually serious. Too many stereotypes around here nowadays. Gets old super quickly.

Agreed. It's nice to surprise people who have this particular image of how we are. When they see how we really are and the cognitive dissonance kicks in, it's actually kind of entertaining. You can tell some don't expect people to break the stereotypes at all. Even if there are some who do relate to the stereotypes.

Idk. It's nice to be an outlier lol.

I know but the collectivist aspects of the natives is also seen with Asian cultures yet they're a very successful demographic in the U.S. compared to the natives. My criticisms go to lifestyles and outlooks which stagnate the improvement of people which can go for latinos as well as in one thread trying to incorporate a culture section on PerC it was stated that Mexicans are happy with whatever they have. The more prosperous ones push themselves and their groups to the max in order to reach the edge of their limits and beyond.

HOWEVER, such a mindset can be adopted by people of all skin colors. Both people who are and who are not part of a race promote racial stereotypes even if they don't intent on hurting said race which is why they fail. I myself am Mexican but fully swear to the values of western countries and east asian cultures which include individuality from the west, pushing your group to be the best from the east and long term orientation from the east and west (tho not as evident in America). As such, I'll disregard bad methods to achieve better results and prize myself above all while being considerate and helpful to the people I ALONE pick.
