    Metabolism can be changed without a keto diet. Too many ketones can lead to ketoacidosis.

    I fast for 16-18 hours maybe once a month. I've found that timing it so the end of the fast is during a sleep cycle makes it a bit easier.

    That's nice dear. The keto diet has been ranked the worst diet in the United States by health professionals. Combining keto with only eating once a day sounds absolutely terrible for your brain, first of all. Not only are you in ketosis but you are actually starving yourself.

    The only US competitor for weight lifting, a large muscular black man, in the last Olympic games was a vegan so spare me your nonsense about how you have to eat this way to have muscle.

    I personally don't care what you do to yourself but you shouldn't be recommending it to others.

    Fasting is fine in moderation. It's been used by religious people for centuries to gain self discipline and focus on the spirit, but taken to an extreme can be very dangerous.

    Steroids. I wodk with bodybuildinf and weight lifting. They all take steroids aderall and T3+T4 with a good doctor.
    If i have the name i can see if he take steroids with his size and muscle lvl.

    i'm an old religious guy so in my old religion there is 2 month of no eating in the day and no drinking so when i do that with water its very easy.


    I loose all my addictions. I loose all my fat. MY ADHD is not gone but i feel more calm and better than before and feel more in control. In 1 week. Thats not a joke , not a fucking website wwith secret or i dont know.
    I read faster , i learn faster , i analyse people faster , i'm free. I feel alwayys good.
    I just ran 10 KM this moirning and i don't feel hungry , i don't feel tired , i have a lot of energy. Thats not a joke/
    My addiction to sugar is gone , porn i see sometimes with girls for fun or any sexual habit like pulsion of my ""package"" is more healthy and ""slow"" i don't know. Thats pretty amazing how my social intuition and interindividualintuition is so effective with girls.
    I gain muscle, I gain money and my testosterone is up and i really don't know why but i attract much more girl and i feel calm. I work more. All my chronic anxiety is not gone but a big part is not her.
    I feel awake and very good. More free and better when i eat bad things because i know thats not a lot.
    My intuition is more clear.




    I feel invincible , really. There is Yellow gilet in France. 30% of people support Nationalism and the others 30% support communism. I really want go out of this country before the civil war.

    Don't know if this is a troll but eating meals once a day will definitely not make you gain muscle. If anything it increases the amount of fat in your body.

    I do intermittent fasting, I eat dinner at 6 PM, and don't eat breakfast the next day till 8 or 9 AM, this is 14-15 hours. It stopped the sugar/insulin spikes I was experiencing, and I tend to have less hunger over all. I seem to be more efficient and regulating my metabolism with this cycle. Through the day I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks, a pattern similar to what is described as grazing in other diets. I only do this for energy/sleep/mental regulation (I have a low BMI already), but the other health benefits seem to be a nice side benefit.
