    2 biscuits and bowl of cereal a day

    in an average day this is what i will have and i feel so great, I recommend it to you as a new diet if you are overweight. this is what i have been eating for about 4 months now, I was already thin but i just look healthier now, and this is about 1000 calories a day btw which is actually quite a lot, depending on type of biscuit i choose as well, sometimes i just have a shortbread or a custard cream

    sometimes i have a fizzy drink too and an apple or a banana with a dollop of cream cheese,
    its really good to eat fruit as well remember and i will say the cereal adds fiber carbs protein and you get the fat needed in biscuit

    I prefer a diet of three bowls of cereal. That is enough to fill the stomach up and it prevents too much drowsiness during a lazy day.

    Don't know that this is the healthiest in the long run, vitamin wise for greens which help with some cancer fighting and stuff. But yeah, the hole no carb thing isn't for everybody. I actually do better when I cut down on meats than when I cut down on carbs. Everybody's body is different.
