    Jogging for roughly 55 minutes.

  2. #2262

8 Days in a Row now. Significant improvements already.

13 km run this morning. Completed in 6.29/km average which is on the low end of where I want my half marathon race pace to sit.

Registering for my first half marathon race later this week. Training plan tweaked to allow for a taper. 12 weeks to go \0/

Not at all. Lower back and hips ache a bit but I didn’t have time to do a proper stretch after. I’ve been doing short/heavy weight sessions twice a week targeting legs/core/upper body and I feel like that’s making a big difference in my form and how the run feels overall.

Had to do my long run a bit earlier than planned. 15km - 1:35:18 - 6:22min/km.

Doubt I’ll make it to a sub 2hr half marathon but I won’t be too far off if I can keep this up.
