    Ok here goes:
I've recently lost 40 pounds but am still hanging on to belly fat/loose skin. Dafuq do I do?
How do I increase overall stamina? I notice I can go along time doing zumba but jogging up hill kicks my ass.
    Best exercises for boobs?

Haha did I get you motivated @Word Dispenser ? :P
I tried to make one of these threads before but it was not very successful, maybe this one will be better.

Good job on the loss. The skin will take some time to recover from your (I suspect) drastic weight loss. It can take up to 18 months for it to really get back, and once you get older it might not even do that, so the only option would be surgery. But unless you were morbidly obese, the skin should come back to it's natural shape soon enough. I have heard that you should drink a whole lot of water for it to keep being hydrated and apperently getting bigger abs will help too.

As for the last ditch of belly fat, there is nothing else to do but to keep up with good nutrition and cardio, it will come off eventually, and once you go under say, 8-10% you need to start doing some carb cycling, but I doubt you'll need it.

As for breasts, well, I'm not an expert on female fitness but I suspect you want to do exercises that work on your pecs (The muscle under your breasts) as when they get bigger I suspect your breasts will to ... if that's what you want.

Sometimes, loose skin is just belly fat. Keep up the good work, keep training hard and eating healthy. It also helps to drink lots of water. (Lemon water's great for digestion. Try green tea for a nice metabolism boost, but skip the extras.)

You gotta be patient and wait to see results.

As for hills kicking your ass, I totally get'cha. I have had the same problem. It's mainly just keeping at it. If your legs get stronger through weighted squats and lunges, that helps too, but it's also a respiratory thing.

I'd advise looking into high intensity intervals.

Well, what motivated me most was that there are tons of people looking for advice on here, and who look like they need it. And because there seem to be an equal amount of people intent upon giving advice.

And, who knows if this'll fall through or not! At least we can try to educate the masses!

Is cross training really that crucial?

This is one area I'm not entirely familiar with, but I'll give you my thoughts.

I think that with anything, this depends upon your fitness goals.

In summation, from doing a bit of research: Crucial? No. Benefits? Yes.

Drink water. Lots of water. :D Eat fruit (endless fruit and vegetables). Lots of protein (avoid sauces, cut off the fat/skin, grilling is good or cook with olive oil as much as you can). Boiling things are good. Carbs are good, the problem is just to eat not only carbs, but other things too. I love my brown seeded bread, potatoes, rice and pasta, and eat them 3/4 times a week, didn't affect weight loss what so ever. Fat is healthy also guys and necessary in small amounts (i.e fat in yoghurt, milk, nuts etc is good for you), it's saturated fats that are really bad and should be avoided as much as you can! Treats once a week. No take-away apart from treat days, but you can eat at restaurants every now and then with no problem, just try to pick wisely and be aware. Moderation is key. Exercise few times a week speeds things up, I go on the cross trainer usually because I don't like to run (asthmatic).
I don't know about you guys but for me, eating at night did not affect my weight loss what so ever (healthy food of course, keeping in calorie range), the only thing I would say is don't eat 2 hours before you sleep because that will play with your digestion.
Girls: Before you get your periods, you're craving. Eat what your body craves, it's preparing for a baby. It won't make that of a noticable difference (we get bloaty because of water weight), and don't weigh yourself around this time. It's not a true reading and might just upset you. If you want to get fit, the idea is to be healthy and that includes eating what your body craves occasionally such as times like this, getting fit isn't about being skinny.
Eat either 3 big meals a day or 5 smaller meals a day (the latter helps to speed up your metabolism even if you notice that you have a bigger appetite). Don't skip meals, especially breakfast, that one kick starts your metabolism. Something like weetabix is good because it is slow burning food.

Have you ever heard of someone getting fat from eating too much soup? Or vegetables? Or fruit? Eat veg and fruit as much as you want, this is great for snacking :) (considering vegetables are boiled and not roasted in oil or something, and fruit is fresh. these types of food burn off really quickly.) Don't eat too much nuts even though the fat in nuts is used for your liver and very very good for you. And try not to add salt, or if you must cook with salt, very little. I cheat with pepper.

The advice is quite disjointed, but these are just things I learned from my 'fitness experience'. There may be difference in people for many reasons, metabolic rate, thyroid problem, water retention, age, etc.

Edit: I have to add this. For girls who want to go on a diet, or want to lose weight, you do not have to replace meals with salads. (Although I recommend having them on the side). They don't satisfy you and you could eat something proper, and just as healthy (or healthier.. leaves don't have as much nutrients as other things) for less calories, and actually be filled.

How do I tone my bum up, im serious! And how to tone up bingo wings. Its not as bad as it sounds!

Here's my own 'tip' aka how I lost my weight. The first few months I did the slow Carb diet, which is basically cutting out all white carbs ( breads, pastas, rice) and replacing them with a lot of beans, meats, and veggies unless I was either about to workout really hard or just had. The last 6 months though I've had carbs pretty frequently but really upped my workout schedule to everyday. Also, I plan my meals around my activity. If today's going to be a slow day I don't need carbs, sugars, etc where as on a busy day I might have fruit or something. I've gone fromba size twelve to a size six doing it this way.
