This reminds me of a great, great line from Flight of the Conchords: "You can't break my heart, it's liquid. It melted the moment I saw you."

This fluff. He sounds like a gooey chocolate chip cookie, absolutely smitten with butterflies on top. What a lovely update. He's definitely locked in right now. Thirty mile drive is nothing for an INFP crushing hard. Probably entertains himself the whole way thinking about what a great time he'll be having.

Your update is beautiful and I’m so happy for you!

I have to admit that the practical side of me wonders how you were able to talk for three hours at work.

Went out as a group again this past Thursday and saw a movie. He was the host of the event and bought tickets for his closest work friends, and asked me to be one of them. So a huge point there.

Anyway, we had a big group so I didn't end up sitting near him during the movie, but at the end of the night, him and I along with another co-worker were standing around the movie theater parking lot talking. My other co-worker eventually left and it was just the two of us talking. Eventually it just kinda spilled out of me. I told him that I liked him and wanted to get to know him better outside of the work place, just him and I. He definitely looked very pleasantly surprised that I showed interest haha. He was grinning from ear-to-ear like a little boy and blushing so damn hard while trying to remain casual going "yeah, I'd like that, let's try that out." So anyway, I basically put myself out there, told him how I felt and that I wanted to get to know him better and he reciprocated that sentiment, but again, he was trying REALLY hard to appear to be Mr. Cool Guy about it. But his face just really gave it away. When we said goodnight I gave him a hug and we kind of held each other for a while and he finally let his guard down completely and said "i really like you too" while he was holding me. Then I broke the hug off and grabbed his hand and he grabbed mine back. It was the purest, sweetest thing.

Next day at work we ended up talking with another co-worker for about 3 hours, just sharing stories and getting to know each other in this setting. Having another person there is nice because it took off some pressure. After work him and I both walked back to the parking lot to leave and ended up talking another good half hour, just the two of us. It was extremely cute and flirty and he was so happy the entire time. Eventually he told me he wanted to take me out this coming Monday, if that would work for me. I told him it did and then realized that he doesn't work Mondays. He lives a good 30+ miles away from work and would have to drive all the way down just to take me out, and I mentioned that to him that he should pick another day. He just grinned widely and said he didn't mind.

    SCOOOOORE GIRLLLL GO GET EM!!!

LOL. Thank you! And yes, I realized after I posted my update, people would probably wonder how the heck we were able to do that. Answer: it was a friday, we were all done wth our stuff for the week, and all of our bosses had already gone home haha.
