When I was depressed, my therapist would often ask me what I was looking forward to, and if I didn't have anything I was looking forward to, she'd have me plan something. I think it's a good thing to stay focused on while pushing through the bad days.
So, INFPs (and all types!), what are you looking forward to? Tomorrow? Next week? In your life? What will make it worthwhile to make it through the mundane or the painful?
