As an INFP are you good at math or do you hate it?

Hello guys. I want to know how many of you are very good at math, and can solve any type of mathematical problem of any kind of subject, could be algebra, calculus, physics, chemistry etc, or are you just the opposite: You DETEST math, and it is hard for you to understand it. In my case I spend hours and hours studying for math tests and it has always been this way since high school. I was able to graduate college in spite that I was a bio major and had to deal with math........but of course with C's and B-'s in those math courses.

I feel that it is hard for me to find the logic of this things. Right now I am studying arithmetic, algebra and geometry for the GRE test, and it is driving me crazy. I remember some stuff, but I am clueless about the majority.

I remember now that the only math subject I was good at college was statistics. I think I was one of the few people who passed that class with a good grade.......and I think it was because it was more visual and I had to make graphs and etc.I was pretty proud of myself at that time.

I want to know if you guys suffer from the same problem........or the personality type does not have to do with it and it has to do with how much your left brain is developed.

I also want to ask this question that doesn't have to do with the previous question. I put the little square that has the type of personality you have with graphs, in my signature but I cannot see it. How can you make it visible? Thanks.

    Thanks

I was always pretty good at math when it was explained to me proper.
When I applied myself, it made sense and I did well.

Most times I cannot be bothered, though.

It is a headache if I'm not in the mood.

I am quite good at math & even do some private tutoring for HS students to make some extra cash. I used to be able to solve many kinds of problems (certainly not any problem; I was not a math major in college), but my knowledge of higher maths now is veeeeeeery rusty. To a degree, I actually enjoy math also. It's very conceptual & even sort of creative when you get into the higher maths. Arithmetic has never been my thing; that is quite dull. HS math begins to be interesting, and it gets increasingly theoretical & abstract from there.

I was good and math and loved it up until Precalculus in college/high school (dual-enrolled), then I struggled. I didn't like the teacher, and someone had to tell me how to do stuff over Facebook, and I still ended up with the 2nd best grade in the class with a 96. Luckily, that was my last math.

I don't hate it, but it doesn't come as naturally to me as English/Arts/Social Studies-type classes. I was intelligent enough to understand the concepts, but I don't really care to know or use much math knowledge beyond basic algebra.

I was good at math just like I was good in all my other classes, but I absolutely hate doing it. When I work a math problem, it feels like a little bit of life is slowly being drained from my body. It just sucks the life right out of me. So, I could do it if I was forced to, but it definitely doesn't come naturally to me.

I can't stand math probably for two reasons. Too methodical and there's usually some precise answer. I can usually understand the concept up to pre-calc level, but I can't for the life of me motivate myself to care enough.

I'm horrible at math, though I think it is because I had horrible math teachers and was not properly taught. When I had a good math teacher that one year, I did really good.

What I hate the most is the verbal math problems, I actually not that bad at algebra specifically............but verbal problems confuse me a lot.

we hate math because it has nothing to do with imagination or creativity. its all hard facts and systems, and we HATE those.
