I watched Fury (with Brad Pitt, Logan Lerman, Shia LaBoeuf, Michael Pena and Jon Bernthal) and Dare no shimorai (Japanese movie) tonight. Both good movies. Fury is a movie about a tank crew at the end of world war 2 (and one of the many American hero movies about the war). Dare no shimorai or Nobody Knows is a Japanese family drama movie from director Hirokazu Koreeda (known for many social drama masterpieces) about a mother that leaves her family alone, and the children have to take care of the household and their own, but the difference from American movies is that the director doesn't focus on the drama itself, but more on the interactions, the childish imagination and typical behavior and that does make this tragic story more beautiful, pure, and realistic. Japanese cinèma however is very different from American cinéma, and Like Father, Like Son might be a better movie to watch at first, if you want to give it a try.

It was, as expected, absurd, but it did make me blurt out a proper deep laugh a couple of times. It was soooo absurd it was time well invested in humor. Well, all time is well invested when it comes to The Rock.

Ps: What happened to Zac Efron? o_O He looks 50 years old, his skin looks like leather from so much exposure to the sun, and the lack of body fat makes him look sick, not healthy. But anyways. Poor thing.

The Trip to Spain - Wasn't as good as the The Trip and The Trip to Italy, but it wasn't bad entirely. The Michael Caine impression seemed to get worse. The ending was bizarre.

I watched the 1989 Batman movie with Michael Keaton to bring in the new year!

I laughed several times, once so hard that I became hysterical and started running around the house screaming! Then I had to rewind it so I could watch that part again(It was the part where Batman fights the swordsman!!! I am a very simple woman! I've seen the movie before, but I forgot that part!)

I saw all kinds of things that other people wouldn't like, but I enjoyed the movie very much and "love that Joker!!"

Plus, @King Wenceslas is Batman, sooo....
