I started my supertodo-list-thing today. It went ok for a first day, everything took longer than planned, but I did most of it. So it is a beginning at least. I also took a walk with my cat, and was socialising a little.

Start drinking more. Ideally, getting sloshed every night.
Start sleeping around. Perhaps have an illegitimate child with an unknown baby daddy.
Develop a dependency on prescription drugs.
Start beating people up when they anger me.

    Okay, kidding!

I mainly want to kidnap this baby:

    My goals are:

    1. Drink more

    2. Get others to drink more

You should all really help me achieve these goals. I can't do it without you.

Eh... I wish I had free time to participate in Inktober. -_-

So...I find that it helps to replace bad habits/bad routine with something else.

    So basically, success.

The 'something else' was watching Supergirl on Netflix and being proud of myself for eating tahini (which I've never really liked). It was interesting to remember when I read the Supergirl comic book and that phase I went through where I wanted to sort of aspire to that, as a pre-teen/teen. Something about the wholesomeness--it is hard to put my finger on it. It was a weird feeling though, a little bit uncomfortable and also sort of hopeful. I loved comic books as a kid though, and I actually learned a lot about drawing anatomy from them, I think.

Inktober looks interesting as well, thanks for dropping the name @Xyte

Also making some haphazard yogurt concoction with bio-k.

*pats self on back* Goodjob. Success isn't always super exciting.

Also, thinking about spending lunch breaks doing art or writing. Not sure what--probably drawing with colored pencil.

My challenge is to have more confidence in myself at the end of the month than I did at the beginning of the month.

    1. Be in nature more. Walking, taking photos of nature (which I really do enjoy even though it's not 'professional') or reading in a park.

    2. Use my right brain more. Less on my phone or watching YouTube. More creating and listening to music.

    3. Having more time to self-care. I've been doing overtime at work. Coping with the stress not in the most productive ways. This ties the first two in. The time I do have off is spent sleeping in. It's not very energizing to the soul.
