I agree with the other posters who advise you to find some activity you enjoy doing and get busy. Maybe you will meet someone else if you go regularly, since they will share your interest, and they will anticipate seeing you there.

I've been caught in Ni-Fi loops, and they can make you become so unrealistic that you refuse to accept reality and keep trying to fix something that you lack the power to fix because you want the situation to be something other than what it is. Look at the facts. You don't have to be happy about them. You do have to accept them. And you must find a way to be happy again.

Im sorry to agree with you here. But those are the guidelines accessible to anyone at all to handle that type of set ups. That is the level of acceptance of those 17 levels of consciousness. But theres more to it. At reason, one won't ever even get unrational about it. Theres zero emotional turbulence, zero ni-fi loop there, zero instability. At love its just mercy. One literally feels compassion and empathy non fucken stop. Its really heavy if there are no higher tangents to support that level. Its really weird when it makes you cry seeing other person just loose their purse. But it moves. Its generating action. It forms support, inevitably. Its builds up love and caring.

Some ppl can take that in, most don't. Because of their pride. Thats the ones you need to let go. And then you just feel sorry about the general human condition, cry a bits, and fuck off to live the net reality.

I disagree with most of the advice you've been given here. Don't try to fight it, it will just make it worse.

Let your mind do what it does until it's done. You already know it's over but if your mind needs to run through all these scenarios before it can settle down, then let it.
