So I found this in the INFP section and thought it would be useful for my fellow INTJS. Courtesy of Nova.

Take issue with something going on in society?

Having a bad day?

Have something on your mind that wont go away?

Experience something so fabulous you just have to express it?

Post your vent here!

Probably one of my worst fear happened today and I had to take it to the chest. I knew she was gone the entire time but it was really back to reality and I can't even complain about it. I can't cry I can't really feel sad for myself I just had to take it to the fucking face.

Oh well. That sucks
Yea the ability to emote is INTJ Achilles heel
Our emotions are strictly internal
It stays in our head only

Really struggling to deal with "strong" 'S' personalities here lately. I value what they do, but they get SO adamant about their piece of the puzzle and just cannot see beyond that - and when you get a couple of them going it gets downright special. They even contradict themselves and get just as stubborn about what they "now" believe vs what they believed a week before that - like almost throwing literal hissy fits but can't see beyond their own noses.

Drive me batty.

On a more positive note though, I've been on the peri supplement for a little over a week now, and I am positive there are some major differences, some anecdotal, but some are sheer data - for example, my skin temperature is a lot more stable than it was (per my FitBit), and the scale is magically dropping despite changing nothing from what I was already doing. My mood a TON more stable - even when I get upset by something, it doesn't linger - I find I bounce right back after a few moments rather than it throwing me off for the entire day. Radical difference, and that's not just placebo effect either.

The only thing making me upset about that is the simple fact it's kept so hush-hush and people/doctors/etc don't talk about. It's a promise every single woman who lives to their 40's/50's goes through, but you hardly hear about it (guess it just points back to that second-class status women still have in such subtle ways).

An older lady, i would say high in seniority and rank, says to the cooking staff in my work cafeteria -
Her: I am going to get oatmeal for lunch.
They just nod
Her: I am going to get oat meal for lunch.
Further nodding not knowing how to respond
I am going to get oatmeal for lunch and I got an omelette for breakfast
At this point I decide to just walk away. She is saying all this in a voice that seems to be proud of her food choices, but I cant tell for sure.

Who says shit like this?? Like how do the cooking staff care what you eat for breakfast or lunch - did you even compliment them on how good the omelette or oatmeal was? Why don’t you care about what they had for breakfast and lunch? Like, why don't you ask how they are doing? Does she even realize what the world outside looks like for those who work in the food business?
