No doubt that's true, but the question is contrived in that it presents itself as a binary dilemma with no information to determine if there's an obvious way to handle both events tastefully. Meetings can be re-scheduled, someone in the hospital after a serious accident likely wouldn't be able to be seen immediately. I know this, because I've rushed my wife to the hospital after she was shot in the stomach and I had to wait a gut-wrenching 15 hours in the ER waiting room, while also having the presence of mind to talk to people who were curious about my car and wouldn't stop bothering me about it(I had an Audi R8 at the time).

So no, I don't think coming up with a better solution than, "U-turn and miss the important meeting or go to meeting and be seen as a heartless bastard" is over-analyzing the situation at all.

you invented that dichotomy and then picked a fight with it, it seems to me. the op was just asking, open ended.

Wow. If that's the only part of my post you could reply to, then you need to gtfo.

How would you react to most immediate problems, in situations that require a lot of focus and has lots of problems to solve, especially if things have to be done in a limited amount of time?

I heard intjs usually have a tendency to overanalyze social situations, so I wondered if it was true for this kind of scenario too. Thanks in advance!
I'm not sure that would be true, as Te is also nicknamed 'effectiveness'. If Te were lower then maybe, but that isn't the case for INTJ.

As for social situations, I seem to naturally drift toward problem-solving. If I'm over-analyzing anything, it's probably because I said something non-PC and immediately regret it

New question: Has anyone tried flotation tanks?

Very very interested, is near the top of my “to try” list, just haven’t done yet. I tend to really like meditative type stuff - yoga, massage, actual meditation. I think I’ll like it. It just tends to cost more than I want it to lol sometime I’ll get over it and pay for a session :p

    Interesting.

However, I imagine i might getting paranoid inside it at least for the initial moment like hearing, seeing, feeling things which are not there for my senses must have very accustomed to sensory overload every second i breathe.

And then comes the nirvana. Where I can even feel my blood flowing through my veins, and maybe the ticks my synapses too. Oh wow.

Where can i try this particular facility?

Not sure. In the US where I am, there’s 3 or 4 places that offer this in the bigger nearby city and even one in my smaller suburb town. Maybe google your city + “float” “flotation therapy” “float chamber” or “float tank”

Not yet... But TBH it sounds like an idea worth trying.

haven't. i don't think i would either. i think the idea is intriguing as far as it goes, but i can sort of induce that kind of state in myself if i focus on it so idk if i'd spend that much money just on removing the 'bring your own focus' factor for me.
