Thank Tree561Thanks

This is a discussion on Inferior Fe Subtypes within the INTP Forum - The Thinkers forums, part of the NT's Temperament Forum- The Intellects category; I am probably somewhat of a blend of #9 and #10. Though it made #8 seems strangely appealing....

I'm not really a #2, I don't really pick my friendships based on a person's interests, I care more about their attitudes toward my interests, I guess. The #6 description kinda stings, though...

"Oh well, I'm tired of torturing myself because people expect me to be what I'm not! Everyone wants me to conform to their expectations, for me to be some sort of empty persona to fit their ideals of what a strong person should be! I'm not a hollow shell, I'm a person!"

^Does #7 go like that? Because if it does, I kinda do something like that, sometimes.

Number 6, except I've given up on socializing. (So, a pathetic 1).
And number 12, I guess. I will milk those cows until all that comes out is BLOOOOOD

    Robot Inferior Fe

After a year of searching for your identity you've come full circle, back to yourself. A robot, an empty shell with billions of switches waiting to be pulled. Every word you've ever thought is a time-bomb waiting to be shoved into the feed-back loop. 13,000 loops of the INTP symbol has finally amounted to this current moment, something that's you, but oddly complacent: cold, calm, calculated, and occasionally walking into things. You believe the 20lb emotional on-off switch mounted to your back has gone unnoticed by others and ironically only goes unnoticed by you.

Unsure of your type? Well, so is this guy. Identify with a type, any type at all, and the mistype malcontent is just certain that you are in no way that type, and that you're actually some other type that's totally unlike his, and more like another type that he dislikes. What is it you say? That this person literally knows nothing about you but a few lines you've typed into a field on a forum? Ah, but this warrior knows everything there is to know about MBTI. MBTI is his life, he lives and breathes MBTI, he responds to "What's My Type?" threads in his sleep. He has Carl Jung on speed dial, and can often be spotted in his natural habitat fashioning a tinfoil hat used to better pick up signals from Isabelle Myers' grave. The INTP who has turned mistype malcontent will, due to inferior Fe, never know when the fuck to turn off the mistype alerts, and will derail innumerable threads with his armchair diagnosis of you.

The extremely unhealthy variant often goes on crusades to convince others that they are, despite living in their own bodies for their entire lives, completely incapable of coming to conclusions about their own preferences. Watch for snap judgments of lifestyle choices that have sod-all to do with cognitive functions.
I have to admit that this (like some of the others, to be sure) can be a really fun one to watch. The current thread with a mistype crusader in the INTJ forum is so full of rofl-fail WRT the OP's underlying assumptions.

    The Einstein Syndrome Inferior Fe

This person considers himself Albert Einstein's number one fan. He owns three t-shirts, two boxer shorts, and a multitude of posters bearing Einstein's image on it. His inferior Fe comes out when some 15 year old kid writes another MBTI profile claiming Einstein was an INTP, and as he reads the new profile, he can't help but ejaculate since his connection to Einstein elicits the feeling of pure bliss as he can delude himself into thinking he's a genius. This man will never fail to impress you with his knowledge of Einstein's theories. He read about the Theory of Relativity - on Wikipedia- three times.
