    Double sided personality here!

Hi, im new here! Decided to register after reading a thread about relationship problems between personalities :D
I'm an INFJ-t according to the 16personalities test and ISTJ according to personalitymatch, where i suspecting myself to be an infp or something else, i thought i was extrovert because i loved to be with people and make them happy, until something hit me hard and i spent a lot of time by myself and enjoy myself more, so there was when i found that im an INFJ... hahaha..., but i guess it's also because each person is unique and we all are raised in different way ((: any of you guys have the same problem here? (:

    Hi!

I may or may not be facing the same problem as you a few months back. Initially I was typed an infp, and then enfp later down the lineóand Iím not surprised, because Iíve learned to enjoy social outings more and enjoyed conversations and be more of an extrovert, so to speak.
But the typeís descriptions are pretty darn different while my I and Eís score is split down the middle.

I discovered that Iím an infp though, thanks to the cognitive functions. (I rule with Fi rather than an enfpís Ne)

English isnít my first language, so, sorry for any grammatical mistakes.

    Hello and welcome to PerC

Check out this test. It's a different system, but it can give indications and clues.

    Hi!
Oh yeah, may be you are a functional extrovert or the opposite way? hahaha..
I have some INFJ friends too and I think I'm slightly different from them, thats one of the reasons why I suspect myself as INFP :D
Your English is fine, it's not my first language too :D

    Thank you!

Itís natural to find yourself a little different from someone, even if theyíre the same Myers Briggs type as you. I suspect that thatís due to your development of the functions (Ni-Fe-Ti-Se, if I remember correctly) and thereís also how you use them. Basically even though you have the same way of receiving and processing energy, information there are different ways you can use the same tool.

Is the best way I can explain it, I guess, heh.

But then again Infps are known to mis-type themselves pretty often so just take your time figuring your type out I guess. Thereís also a survey for figuring your type out in the forum if you wanna check that outócheering for ya!
