I see some similarities in my interests with others posted here and some differences.

For me, my interests are pretty much all things that help me delve into my own little private world, making me escape all of the things I don't like about life. Often this involves some sort of fantasy world in one way or another.

-First there's reading. I don't do tons and tons of reading, but when I do, I always like fantasy-ish type books that help me get my mind in that world.

-Likewise, the same thing happens with watching movies...any kind of movie that lets me escape into the world of it.

-And the same thing happens with video games. That's why I like RPG's the most, since they have such detailed story lines. My favorite are Final Fantasy's 1-9, Alundra, Vandal Hearts, Odin Sphere, Kingdom Hearts and Disgaea. I also like platform games like Sly Cooper, Little Big Planet, and the Mario games. I've also gotten back into playing Starcraft recently so I can get into Starcraft 2.

Sometimes I also like to go back and play my old point and click adventure games too....games like Monkey Island, King's Quest and Kyrandia.

-I also love going for walks and listening to music. I have tons of places around town, different parks and neighborhoods, that I often go for walks by myself. I love listening to old music and just reminding myself of old times. Makes me fee like all is right in the world.

-I love watching a lot of different types of sports...college basketball, the NFL, and the playoffs for MLB, NBA and NHL. Again, this lets me get into the fantasy world of the competition, where there's a story between all of the teams and players. I just love the idea of all of these different teams and where you don't know who's going to win.

-I also like doing any of these activities with friends, in addition to playing board games with them or doing things like playing frisbee, disc golf, pool, or tennis every now and then.

I think I'm going to end up finding things in everyone's posts that ping some recognition in me and I will swamp this thread with my thoughts. So ... uh ... watch out, I guess.

I'm going to be doing the NaNoWriMo this year.
Yay! Another one. I'm sure I'll end up commiserating with everyone when the time comes :)

Alundra! That was my very favourite game for ages. Unfortunately when our first generation PS3 'died' a couple months ago we had to replace it with one that isn't backwards compatible and I can't play it anymore. Same with Suikoden which I also adored but I do have my favourite Final Fantasy (number 8) because that's available on the Playstation Store. Maybe those others will turn up one day as well.

I'm pretty sure Suikoden is on the Playstation Store too, if you look closely. Wild Arms is too. Alundra isn't yet, but hopefully it'll turn up on there sometime.

:( Unfortunately in my country our store is behind the US one and Suikoden wasn't on there last time I checked. It took months for us to get Final Fantasy 8 after you guys had it. It kind of sucks because we can look at it wistfully but we can't buy anything from the US store -- so I know exactly what I'm missing but can't get it. Hopefully if you have it that means we'll get it one day soon.

Ah. Yeah, I hate stuff like that...I assumed that since they were old games that they'd just put them up at the same time everywhere. That's irritating.

Oh my gosh, all these ISFJs doing NaNnoWriMo...it can't be a coincidence!

Meh, maybe we're just all awesome people. You can add me to the WriMo list! My first time doing it, and I have no idea what I'm doing it on...I've been hyped up for months about it, but unfortunately haven't succeeded in roping any of my friends in so it's good know there are people here doing it (Y) Ah, we should seriously add each other as writing buddies

    Hmm, interests...

Music is a big one. I loooove listening to the radio, or music on my computer, or CDs, whatever. Sometimes I listen to the end credits of DVDs Coldplay is my favourite band ever.

I am a complete bookworm, always have been, don't know what I'd do in a world without books (the horror!) I mainly read fantasy, though comedic fantasy is preferred. I'm currently reading The Light Fantastic, and I've gotta read Mostly Harmless :S ah, so many books, so little time.

I'm really enjoying writing, it's a relatively new hobby for me. I started keeping a diary...almost two years ago, and now I'm addicted to diary-writing. My routine feels incomplete without it

However, I haven't really written that much fiction - only fanfiction - nothing completed, which is why I'm looking forward to NaNoWriMo so much - I really do need something to push me into action, and what better than an internation writing event :D

Oh, and I have to add Bleach to this list. I haven't really delved far into the world of anime and manga, but I am completely hooked on Bleach, and up-to-date with the manga. Hitsugaya, Ulquiorra and Kira FTW ^^

    And of course Internet.

You write fanfiction? I write fanfiction! What fandom/s do you write in? I did fanfic for NaNo one year and I didn't enjoy that year as much -- I enjoy fanfic on my own terms not as a 50,000 word epic. Writing my own characters and my own world is WAY better.

A lot of the stories I create are ones where people encounter some form of technology that does not exist today. Like what my immature brainstorming head comes up with.

I seem to get some kind of pleasure out of throwing facts I know into my story. How will a Maybe someday, I could put together a hearty story where characters encounter them one by one.

The best! I used to hate singing believe it or not.

Another thing I love doing is playing guitar instrumentals. I like making cool sounds out of the instrument.
