Any ISFP's who have some tips on how to have healthy and nice skin?

Personally, I have been using ProActiv for a very long time. I was thinking that I might just use it forever, even if it isn't perfect. But I am now thinking of trying new things.

I have recently learned in my nutrition class that dairy products might cause more acne and the more I looked into it, I found some people who have said that by cutting back on dairy products they have "cured" their skin.

Anyone else have tried this or anything else? Just curious.

I've been struggling with acne for about 4 years now (still am). I've spent thousands on acne and skin products to avoid seeing the dermatologist. But if you've been struggling for a while, I would definitely recommend seeing one. I recently went in 2 weeks ago, and they gave me some nice products. I'm already seeing improvements. Good luck!

wash your face , hands and legs each day . take a path regularly . use a simple lotion once a day
or once in two days . but always clean your skin with water , remember water is the back bone
    of life its self .

Acne products never really cure the cause of the problem, they just cover it up. The best thing you can do is change your diet, not just cutting out dairy, though it may help improve things. It's best to cut out all processed foods, sugar, wheat if possible and eat lots of vegetables, homemade bone broths.

Here is a good and helpful article about acne:

okay. I'm 21, had cystic acne from age 12 to 18, still got lots of acne until recently, but it generally didn't cause me constant pain. now its pretty much just blackheads pockmarks and occasional whiteheads.

i use clinique, fucking expensive bullshit, but I think what got rid of it is working out daily and eating healthy. I still fuck up the hygiene a bit (I am pretty forgetful) but my face seems to be getting clearer.

when I am physically healthy, my brain is healthier. when my brain is healthy I am less stressed. less stress, less acne for me

Try using oatmeal. Get a handful, hold it in your fist tightly and soak in some warm water, then rubs over your face and leave it on for a bit, before washing it off. Coconut oil is a good moisturizer too.
Ever looked up bubzbeauty on YouTube?

I defeated teenage acne, it was on my cheeks, chin, and forehead (clinically diagnosed as 'moderate acne') between the ages of 16 - 21

    This is the secret.

I haven't ever had problems from milk but like others said, sugar does bring it on.
I also use a facial scrub when I shower - just one of those ones with little bits of walnut shell in it or whatever. That works for me.

I would add to exfoliate your face with a oil-free cleanser to remove the dead skin and excess facial oil and to use a rough sponge or pad to do this, instead of mere fingers. I would also apply oil-free lotion to your face after washing. Eating healthy like others have stated will also help.
