Ti - Building Logical Frameworks With Introverted Thinking

How do ISTPs use Ti? How do you build your Ti frameworks? What is the process, where do you find the pieces to the things you put together? How do you define things, how do you fill your categories and put the pieces together to build the logical understands you have? what is the ISTP's Ti thought process If you don't mind please go into detail about this and give some examples, thank you.

    Depth.

When a clutch broke the first time for me I had no idea how it functioned. I knew everything about how to operate it. I researched it before making the call to buy a new car.

Now I can visualize in my mind what happens in a clutch when I depress the clutch pedal.
Now I can fault find a borked clutch. I don't have the patience to fix a serious issue. I know the rough cost of fixing if leaving the car at a shop.
As a bonus I also got to know about a typical 6-speed (5+1) transmission. While researching a typical clutch.

A typical example on how I function. I believe many ISTPs can relate.

At the beginning and at the end of it is what is -- the factual reality. And in-between are deterministic links: From A follows B follows C. Thing C that is, is because thing B that is, is because thing A that is. Those links are like guardrails on which I move along, back and forth.

In the perdendicular direction, things are modular. A big thing is made up of many smaller things, each of which is made up of many smaller things, each of which ... And to understand any thing is to understand all the parts, which again behave deterministically.

The model of the world is thus like a gearbox, or a computer program: There is the input, and because you understand all the parts and know how they work together, you can accurately predict the output. And this, in turn, is used to make decisions; you know the current state, you know the model, you add your various possible impacts, you predict the outcomes, and the pick the best one.

I evolved it by improving Se en Ni.

I have come to the conclusion that logic doesn't really exist. Things are as they are. It is only when people get involved, logic becomes involved.

Things in life are painfully simple. But since divide and conquer has always worked, and still does, it has been applied to all kind of area's, in order to get people distracted. That way the people that really matter can do whatever they want, without the sheeple interfering.

So my models of logic is simply listening to what crap people barf out of their mouths and find the inconsistency's.

I do a lot in nutrition so for example: people tell me I shouldn't eat 10 eggs a day, since it contains a lot of cholesterol and that is bad for your heart.

When I was younger i would have started a discussion and use knowledge in order to get them to say i am right. I would say that research shows that less than 50% of the people admitted for heart disease of all sorts actually do not have elevated levels of cholesterol.

Now I would think: that doesn't sound logical: if LDL was so bad for the human body, wouldn't evolution have already erradicated it?
So If heart disease arises and it is not logical for cholesterol to be the bad guy by choice, it means something has happened by making cholesterol the bad guy involuntarily. So what has changed the last million of years?

Well starchy carbs got entered in the nutritional system. Is there something in the human body that consists of carbs? No, except for glycogen, but that is a storage form of energy. So it sounds logical that that item absolutely has to do with the rise of pretty much every metabolic defect as is heart disease. And then I might add: "did you know that less than half of the people admitted for heart disease actually has high cholesterol?". That works better.

It really is not that hard to do, but some basic knowledgde goes a long way and can be used to anything men has created.
