    Fulfilling Careers for ISTPs?

I'm a college student searching for a major but I haven't the foggiest idea what I'd like to do. Any suggestions or fulfilling career ideas from the masses?

something that is interesting to your mind, busy for your hands, and steady paced.

so basically, porn and video games.

    HAHA!

Seriously though, go with what interests you. Not with what people SAY you should do. You won't be happy unless you're interested.

How exactly do sign up for that, just show up to your counselors office, "I wanna learn to make bombs" might just lead to some interesting questions.

I know. I can think of at least a few people who would love to send me away for a good long time anyway but if I said that all bets would be off.

Nonsense. You start with structural and construction engineering, and you move on from there.

I think I might like to be a police officer. When I said this for the first time I was maybe eighteen and there were two distinct reactions: "you should NOT have a gun!!!" or "Hmm, that might work..."

There was a thread in this sub-forum that indicated ISTP's generally have a knack for linguistics. You could give that a shot. If it's not your thing, don't sweat it. You have an unlimited number of times you can change your major, so if it's really not your thing, it'll contribute to the humanities credits you'll need for whatever other major you opt for.
We also make particularly awesome EMT's, if you don't mind shit pay.
