Definitely winter since I live in Phoenix AZ

Winter I'm much less likely to suffer from hay fever in the winter months. So I much prefer it to summer, actually I hate summer.

As the north European winter is an outdrawn period of darkness, snow-slurry and freezing definitely prefer summer.

Winters are too static for my tastes, nothing changes, nothing grows, few animals are out, no-one leaves their houses. To me it's a season of enduring, waiting.

Summers are the opposite of that; People do things, things grow, things change, and the light ...

The world is the most beautiful when it is a fluid maze of life, full of differences. Winters are very empty compared to that.

As my username would imply, I prefer winter.

I prefer winter because in Winter you can put on more clothing if you're not comfortable outside. In summer there's only so much you can take off. You fantasize about taking off your skin... But that still wouldn't make it any more bearable. I prefer to be cold than sweaty and disgusting. I never work out during the summer. It's gross. I burn up REALLY easily. I HATE heat.

(PS, I live in Minnesota. I know what the hell winter is all about. It's still better than summer)

I feel like I would enjoy summer more if it didn't get past 85 where I live, but it does (this past summer we had several 100 degree days) and I hate it. Sunburns, dizziness... no thanks. Therefore I chose winter, although Spring and Fall are really my favorite seasons. I enjoy the rain, the blooming flowers, and the general feeling of freshness Spring brings after the long winter ends. Fall is special to me because it's the end of those torturous hot summer days, and with the cool breezes come hot drinks, scarves and beautiful leaves. All things to enjoy.

    Winter

    - go to sleep better
    - I love snow
    - love cold
    - not a lot of humidity to deal with
