In terms of the angels-elementals and the five repressed emotions, it appears that the angels-elementals are attracted to helping people overcome their repressed emotions:

Air Elemental (9PM CapCom affirmation love language, or people of the Quality Time love language) seeks to help people overcome repressed Fear
Earth Elemental (9PM SoCom, affirmation love language, or people of the Gifting love language) seeks to help people overcome repressed Envy
Fire Elemental (9PM CapCom, gifting love language, or others of the Gifting love language) seeks to help people overcome repressed Anger
Water Elemental (9PM SoCom, service love language, or others of the Service love language) seeks to help people overcome repressed Sadness
Angels (12PM Role Temperament) seeks to help others overcome repressed Love

Here is another version of the role temperament. There is nothing wrong with using Jennifer Lawrence for the 9PM example, though I have also created a version, so you can see the similarities-differences between a Chinese 9PM, and a Caucasian American 9PM.

With regards to Elementals in the previous post, they might be more appropriately called Fairies, so Earth Fairy, Water Fairy, Air Fairy, and Fire Fairy.

I have mentioned how emotional repression manifests as angel numbers 0 and 0.5 (12:0 or 12:0.5 in Role Temperament terms), though it's also possible to identify what basic emotions are repressed. This can be found in artwork, actions-responses, music, and even designs (like architecture).

I saw some photos of myself from my kindergarten and elementary school days, and found that I used to be of the 11PM Role Temperament. This means that there is growth for the Role Temperament, so someone who is 11PM can move up to 12PM Role Temperament, though whether this applies for 9PM or 10PM, and even lower numbers, is still unknown. This Role Temperament growth might have to do with Emotional Growth.

Why there aren't more appropriate sleeping times? Seriously, who goes to sleep at 6PM? Why there aren't times like 3AM-5AM, if you are into unconventional sleeping times?

It appears possible for someone like a 10PM to become 11PM Role Temperament, in the course of his or her growth, especially through the Emotional Repressions or Emotional Temperaments, and also increased awareness.

It also appears that Walk-Ins and Ascended Beings cause the Role Temperament to decrease by one, so if the person is 11PM, that person becomes 10PM with a Walk-In (someone who replaces the soul of the original person, meaning the original soul inhabiting the body has left, and was replaced by another soul), or in the case of the Ascended Being (where the original soul has left, and the body is remotely controlled by an entity), from 12PM to 11PM (for intuitive beings), and 11PM to 10PM (for sensors).

For 3PM sleeping times, you are probably looking at something with the awareness-intelligence and self-control of a jellyfish.

For 3AM-5AM sleeping times, you are probably looking at someone who has no life outside the house (or who just works and sleeps everyday, without much social life, or family time).

You know, night shift exists. Also university life exists. Also night owls exisr. You should have included those times too as all your arguments also apply to people, who go to sleep at 6 or 7 AM.

It's not good for their health, though who am I to judge?

Why would it be? If they are getting enough hours of sleep, they are fine (at least should be). If their circadian rhythm is less common one and is in sync, then it's perfect. Considering that person like that is an adult, then 6-8 hours of sleep are needed. If someone like that goes to sleep at 3AM, then he/she can get up at 11AM, that's not too much different from others'. Sometimes such person can go to sleep at 5AM and get up at 11AM, but then it's a bit too close to too less sleeping time, which is obviously bad.

Name me one person who lives to 100, and still fully independent, and yet went to sleep at 4AM daily when in their 20s and 30s
