    Speaking of MBTI, STPs often bring great solutions in " work smart not hard" manner which is great. "Burst" style of work can be a little annoying if you have to wait for them.

    Sometimes I like to work with Burst style too if there's no other option available or I can't find a shortcut or pattern to get the job done

    I've always been sort of a bursty worker myself... not your typical slow and steady pace ISTJ. That said, the "down" time is usually spent planning for the bursts, not typically "goofing off".
