We all know we suck at being motivated & that we can't handle A to B monotonous tasks, so the question has always been how to keep motivated or more precisely what keeps us motivated.
:crazy: since this has been out for a while, I'm just informing people in case they haven't seen it yet.
Autonomy - the urge to direct our own lives
Mastery - the desire to get better and better at something that matters
Purpose - the yearning to do what we do in the service of something larger than ourselves
I think INTP's are constrained by these intrinsic motivators more than most types...
