Hi, I made up this term to describe something that happens to me and that I hate very much. Maybe it happens to you too.
So, introverts are seen as "shy", perhaps, because we don't initiate social things as much. And extraverts aren't shy because they are more out there and social. Paradoxical...
Something I always do, but hardly notice I do until I "snap out" of it, is zone out and start creating scenarios in my mind. This could be triggered by remembering something that happened, or seeing something in the external world.
I can be busy driving, reading, talking to someone, and I'll...
I would really like to know my type. I did some tests and they say that ENFJ came out of it. Now, I do agree with a lot of stuff:
- I tend to feel overly guilty about social encounters where I feel I might have hurt somebody
- I apologize A LOT
- I barely ever confront someone
I see the INFJ doorslam used a lot on here but never really know what it is. As far as I understand it's something to do with shutting emotions off from people? Please could you enlighten me as to what it is and why you do it?
Sorry if this has been covered before. Thanks :)
How can one accurately guess someone's personality type? I realize there can't be 100% accuracy, but what are some good tips and strategies? What should one pay attention to about certain people? What are some things to keep in mind?
