If I had to leave this world and could live in any fictional world possible I'd probably choose the peaceful Star Trek world... :proud: Exploring space and new lifeforms is a breathtaking thought...
I just turned 18 last month and I'm from Australia. I really like ENTPs and ENFPs for their dominant Ne function since they compliment the vigour of the inquiries that my Ni and Ti set me on well. I've also found that I get along with INFJs and INFPs quite well. My interests are philosophy...
Lore from Star Trek: The Next Generation.
I've heard him typed as an ENTJ, ENFJ and INTP while I originally thought he was ENTP but am now unsure. I definitely think he has Fe as he is very good at using his words to relate to how others are feeling.
What type do you think he is?
(I know it has been done to death but I want to do it anyway).
I was interested in if there was a correlation between MBTI and which science-fiction they prefer.
So please take the poll and leave a comment on which you prefer and why?
I personally prefer Star Trek due to the amazing depth...
I'm a trekkie all the way, and I'm a little bored, so here's my take on some star trek species personality types:
Vorta - ENFP
Breen - INFJ
Wraith - INFP
Trill - ENFJ
Vulcans - INTJ
Romulans - INTP
Cardassians - ENTJ
Q - ENTP
Klingons - ESTP
Ferengi - ESFP
Bajoran - ISFP
Kelvan - ISTP...
For example, I noticed that I am able to endure scalding hot water like it is nothing. Funny my non-INTP family members get burned doing the dishes in water that to me seems tepid.
Another thing: if someone has a strong emotional response to something, I am so slow to reciprocate. I have to...
Simply wanted to say that Dr. Julian Bashir from "Star Trek: Deep Space 9" is perhaps one of the finest INFP characters I'd ever seen and you'd ever find. And that is hard to come by!
So here is an episode (and a top personal favorite episode too!) that acts as proof of what I'm saying here...
Here we go! A thread about Star Trek specifically for INTJ's. Rather fitting, I think. Anything Star Trek can now be redirected here.
The shows, the movies, the books, the comic books, the fans, the fanfiction, the fanart, the fan starship designs, absolutely everything.
On that note, what...
I think I've noticed a correlation between trekkies and NTs.
Star Trek has all of the big abstract philosophical ideas plus the scientific reasoning, which seems to pair perfectly with NTs. For some NTs it seems to become almost a kind of...I don't want to say religion, but like a philosophy of...
Provided that 'they' watch 'Star Trek', here is my hypothesis:
SP's (Improvisers) will prefer Archer or Kirk over the remaining captains.
SJ's (Stabilizers) will prefer Janeway over the remaining captains.
NT's (Theorists) will prefer either Picard or Janeway over the remaining captains.
